Re: Donald Trump Takes Over the Kennedy Center
I could see this end up like Trump’s 250th concert and people end up pulling out. Barbara Mandrell has a pretty loyal LGTB fan base and I’m somewhat surprised she agreed.

I do wonder if something is up with Rachel Dratch. She was out most of the week before her vacation, then two weeks out, and now leaving in two weeks. I hope it’s just me over-connecting the dots."She was filming the third season of Netflix’s A Man on the Inside these past two weeks.
Re: Rosie & Kristin New Musical?
Where did this information come from?
Re: Kristin Chenoweth cast in new season of (OG) The Traitors
I feel like this is beneath a Tony and Emmy winning actress, but maybe I’m just being snobby? 🤷🏼♂️ She mentioned back in July that she would be filming TV shows this fall, so I kept waiting to hear what it would be but was still very surprised by this announcement.

Maybe the most disturbing play I've ever seen. I've never forgotten her performance and I've been a huge fan ever since.I snatched up a $59 so fast I didn't realize it was up in the balcony. Hope it's not a bad view from up there - those seats look mostly sold out already."I just read the
Rumor: CATS: THE JELLICLE BALL to close in August?
I should probably stay out of this but it’s not the OP’s job to teach reading comprehension lol.
A lot of theaters are going to be vacant in the coming months - any idea of what’s going where?
Any rumors on the cast for Private Lives?
How Much Did the Recasting Affect "Death Becomes Her"?
The argument of recasting has been made in the weekly grosses threads for months. One thing that hasn’t been said though, is I don’t blame Jen Simard at all for staying/extending. Acting is a very unpredictable profession and even though we can all be “sure” she’d be cast in all kinds of future roles, we, and she, don’t really know that for certain. I also understand the producers for not kicking her to the curb.

I remember someone on here posted that 860 would be going in the Booth. If that is correct, not sure why they haven’t announced it yet since Proof is a limited run.

The 79th Annual Tony Awards Telecast!
PipingHotPiccolo said: "I enjoyed Schmigadoon though I have no idea who this woman speaking after Lorne Michaels is and it feels like a pretty weak finish to a weak season, though I'm not sure what other show really deserved it more aside from Two Strangers (which goes home emptyhanded? They are somewhat controversial for their support of Trump, or at ...
The 79th Annual Tony Awards Telecast!
If Rachel Zegler is performing later, I wish they would have picked someone else to present. Just a personal preference, but I don’t like when award shows have people do double duty like that.

What show might move into the Majestic after Beaches closes on Sunday?
I just saw a rumor on Facebook that a revival of Come From Away could be coming to Broadway to coincide with the 25th anniversary of 9/11. I don’t really believe it, but a concert version or some other event for the anniversary could feasibly be held at a theater.

Wonder if they would try to cast some “names” in this or if that would drive the already high cost up further?
Kristin Chenoweth We Appreciate YOU
As far as the OP’s post, I do think it would be fun to hypothesize what stage shows KC should do next.I’d personally love to see her in a comedic play, whether new or a revival.
Vanessa Williams in ‘Devil Wears Prada’
So this has been running in London since December of 2024? Also, Vanessa has played Miranda the whole time? If that’s correct, I did not realize that.
