I really really want to see this. Darko Tresnjak and Alexander Dodge area fabulous team. And the talent in the cast is amazing. I hope it comes to NY soon.

I enjoyed this. Tobias Menzies and Emma D'arcy are extraordinary with strong performances from the supporting cast. Grounded, natural acting where the tension builds throughout. If you liked Oedipus, this has a similar feel but on a smaller, more intimate scale.

Any discounts for Giant with John Lithgow?

The Shed announced they are closed today, along with a number of other Off Broadway venues.

This should be rehearsing soon. Does anyone know when they will announce the full cast and creative? There is very little information on this production. Want to know more about who's attached as I'm really thrilled there will be a staged production of this in NYC.

This was truly excellent. It's not a feel good show but it has heart warming moments. Really highlighted how difficult these negotiations were in an engaging, thrilling way. Not easy to do with the subject matter at heart. In the end you appreciate the different players in the event and what they had to do to make history. And I also felt sad that something like this would be impossible to achieve today. If you can get a ticket I definitely would recommend you see this.

Anyone hear anything about this? All I know is that Joyce DiDonato is the Mother and it's being directed by Kenny Leon. And seen advertising. But I've heard nothing else about this production and who's involved.

It seems like Disney is currently workshopping a new musical in NYC right now. Does anyone know what show this could be?

Anyone have an update on where the musical currently is? How much has changed since the first preview?

How long can Stranger Things last at these numbers? This is a very expensive show to run.

Some people can do that and some people can't. You are part of the 13% for whom this works. There are tons of places without easy train access outside of Manhattan. At a certain point it's just not worth it or convenient for many people. The answer is not to make it more expensive and inconvenient for people outside of Manhattan to watch theater.
