I saw The Ugly Truth tonight (which oddly was so much better than the P.O.C. I thought it would be) and the entire time, I kept thinking Eric Winter -- the guy who plays Katherine Heigl's dreamy doctor love -- looks JUST LIKE Broadway heartthrob Aaron Tveit. Ha.
Has anyone else seen this movie/thought the same thing?? Strangely, pictures don't capture the similarity as much as moving images. Eager to hear!
I find Winter more attractive too. I also remember him from way back in Britney Spears' perfume commercial and his turn as a series regular in Days of Our Lives. If memory serves me, he was in a few episodes of MTV's Undressed as well.
I'm echoing the comments about Winter being more attractive.
And, since Winter was born in 1976, and Tveit (who doesn't have his birthday published anywhere but graudated college in 2004-ish) was more than likely born later)...Tveit is the look-a-like.
Yeah, what's up with Aaron not having a published birth date anywhere?
And of course Winter is more attractive, but in the film he shaved his stubble and wears his hair just like Tveit does in Next to Normal... the resemblance is unbearable.
At the Tony's, in the opening number, when Aaron Tveit came out and sang I'm Alive, my brother, who knows next to nothing about theater, said "Hey, it's Lucas Grabeel", and I'm like "No! It's Aaron Tveit!" They do kind of look similar, especially with Aaron's haircut at the Tony's.

"Honestly, they're both pretty generic looking. There are probably hundreds of guys who look like that."
Came in to say that. Both are objectively attractive but there's nothing about their physical appearances which make me look twice, like the guys pictured on Abercrombie & Fitch bags.

Glad I'm not the only one who sees the similarities between Tveit and Grabeel. It could be though that, and I may get shot for saying this, but I can totally see Lucas playing Gabe, too. He's got (well, they've both got) the voice, the look for it, the lovability factor.
