"Carson has combined his passion for helping children with his love for one of Cincinnati's favorite past times - cornhole - to create a unique and exciting event perfect for a corporate outing, entertaining clients or family fun."
I'm kind of excited now! I hope the design is new and interesting. And I REALLY hope the music is good. I love me some Lippa but he's had some bad scores in his day.
I still just don't see Nathan Lane in this role. I'm excited to see Bebe, but I'm just not sure about the chemistry between her and Nathan, which is key to the Morticia/Gomez dynamic.
It's so interesting to see people react to the idea of this show. The Film Addamses interacted far more with the 'real world' than the TV family ever did. I think the twist in the film was that the Addams Family were the "normal" ones and the 'real world' the villain. Updated On: 11/5/09 at 10:53 AM
Joe, I think that's a great point that the villains in the films were never the Addamses. That even as macabre and twisted as they seemed, they were still a giving and loving family.
broadwayjules, I wasn't sure about Lane as Gomez either, since I grew up much more familiar with Raul Julia's Gomez (as opposed to John Astin). I seem to think Nathan Lane will be more similar to John Astin in his portrayal of Gomez.
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.

I've heard two songs from the show, and I have to say I really like it.
Lucas's love song with Wednesday to me is the definition of "hauntingly beautiful," and Puglsey's song about Wednesday is really cute and sweet. Both were ballads and they fit the mood of the Vanity Fair photo
Sorry this is so vague; I'm afraid of giving away too much since the production's so secretive!

His "Big Break" was on Drew Carey's Whose Line Is It Anyways? I caught him hosting a new version of Lets Make a Deal that could not have been worse if had been hosted by a drunken chimp.
