Hello there :)
For thespian festival - and friend and I really need a "Look at us we are men" kind of duet. Any suggestions? :)

"Why? Cause I'm a Guy" from I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change is a great song.
"You're Nothing Without Me" - City of Angels
Would 'Guys and Dolls' be one?
It Would've Been Wonderful from A Little Night Music.
"Man" from The Fully Monty, maybe?
"Bare" from Bare, although that's a little edgy.
By the way it was phrased, I'm assuming the OP is asking for songs that say we're the stereotypical, traditional image of men, counting Bare out.
Can you take a solo and turn it into a duet? Like "Me" from Beauty and the Beast? Or Next to Lovnin' from Shenandoah is a group number between the five brothers that could easily be split two ways.
"Pretty Women" from Sweeney Todd and "Poor Jud Is Daid" from Oklahoma are two great duets that sound best with macho-sounding male voices. Another good duet (though it is for a bass and a tenor) is "Lily's Eyes" from Secret Garden.
Some of you are picking some hokey choices.
The first thought that came to mind was indeed FULL MONTY, particularly "Man", as someone mentioned.
Nothing Without Me-City of Angels came to my mind first as well!
or yeah, many a song from Full Monty. There are some rockin' songs in that show.
Dirty Rotten Number from DRS
A bit low on the testosterone but a platonic male duet that came to mind was "You are what you own" from RENT.
A bunch of stuff from The Full Monty and The Fantasticks.
I Think We Got Love, from Zanna Don't!
I second "Dirty Rotten Number" from DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS.
I'd also add "Butter Outta Cream" and "Little Boy, Be A Man" from CATCH ME IF YOU CAN. Both are SUPER fantastic and very showy.

Waiting For The Girls, from Follies
Fully agree with "Cause I'm a Guy" from Love-Perfect-Change, and "Dirty Rotten Number".
Would also suggest "Lily's Eyes" from The Secret Garden.

"Nothing Like A Dame" from South Pacific.
That came up in mind too, PRS.
I also thought of "All Alone" between King Arthur and Patsy from Spamalot.
"Pitiful Penniless Bums" from SUGAR.

Just to "agree"... "You're Nothing WIthout Me" from "City of Angels" is a pretty effective piece. I've done it in a few club shows and it always works. On a lighter edge, turn "Standin' on the Corner" from "Most Happy Fella" into a duet. Also you could re-write some of the lyrics (if you dare) to "Anything You Can Do" from "Annie Get Your Gun", and make it a one-upsmanship kind of thing. Done that, too, and it didn't take too much tweaking as "Special Material".
