"So if you care to find me
Look to the western sky
As someone told me, everyone deserves the chance to fly
And if Im flying solo atleast Im flying free
And to those who ground me
Take a message back from me---
Tell them how Im defying gravity
Flying high defying gravity
And nobody in all of Oz, no Wizard that there is or was is ever gonna bring me down!"- Wicked.

"In a row I have a ducks loads of gals to give me loads of yucks
Leave the cooing to the other clucks..."- Millie

"You've gotta go after the things you want while you're still in your prime" * Avenue Q

"SPending two productive hours, tearing through a hundred pages, what a tale of star crossed lovers, life is lived, on other stages" * A Quiet Night At Home * Bare

"Well it looks like love, and it sounds like love, and it seems like love, and it feels like love, and it walks like love and it talks like love and it runs like love and it skips like love and it hurts like live disapoints like love disappears like love reappears like love and it shouts like love and it sings like love so guess what my friend I think, I think I got love" * Zanna Don't

"Memories that fade and flicker" * Bare- All Grown Up

Basically all of "Halloween" from RENT..I can't remember the lyrics currently for some reason...

And the other thing about the Phantom Lady was, Bert, she realized, in the city that never sleeps... What did she realize, Kitten? That all the songs she'd listened to, all the love songs, that they were only songs. What's wrong with that? Nothing, if you don't believe in them. But she did, you see. She believed in enchanted evenings, and she believed that a small cloud passed overhead and cried down on a flower bed, and she even believed there was breakfast to be had... Where? On Pluto. The mysterious, icy wastes of Pluto.

"If she complains your behaviour is heinous, kick her right in the Coriolanus." Brush Up Your Shakespeare from Kiss, Me Kate. That entire song cracks me up.

"This is what I trained to do, and this is what I love about theater. What I love about being an actress is being able to really look into myself and understand another human being. And out my own self, to shape and form and fashion a real human being--and to present that in such a way that people see something of themselves or their own understanding in that human being." --Phylicia Rashad

For fun: "Left the theatre and called the doctor for my appointment to buy... tits and ass!" - Chorus Line.

For emotion: "And now whatever way our stories end, I know you have re-written mine, by being my friend." - Wicked.

2 of my fave lyrics of all time.

Well... ignoring all these recent hits, I'd have to say

"The bliss of ignorance will never be replaced" from CHILDREN OF EDEN

or

"May I return to the beginning" (though only when accompanied by the key change) from JOSEPH...DREAMCOAT

I have many like profound and sweet quotes, measure life in love, never walk alone, etc. And though Bush making fun-ofs are funny, it's kind of obscure but I think here's my two both from Jekyll & Hyde's facade, any version.

"Half mankind thinks the other half is blind."

"Look behind the facade."

"If there was a Mount Rushmore for Broadway scores, "West Side Story" would be front and center. It snaps, it crackles it pops! It surges with a roar, its energy and sheer life undiminished by the years" - NYPost reviewer Elisabeth Vincentelli
