At the moment, I'd have to go with "It Sucks To Be Me" from Avenue Q.
"There was this one time an alarm went off - it was in the middle of '24.' That's just wrong. Everyone knows everyone was watching '24' at that time."
--NYU student quoted in the Washington Square News about students ignoring the frequent fire alarms in dorms
"Every Goodbye is Hello" from John and Jen (I know it's not broadway but...sorry). There is alot going on with college and parting from my friends and this song gets me through alot.
"The only way we live beyond our lives is to connect and carve ourselves into the souls of those we love." -Little Fish
Chrysanthemum, I kind of agree with "Not For The Life of Me," although it may have been more appropriate a few years ago. My parents and I saw Millie after I attended a pre-college program in NYC (at the school I go to now), and after she sang the line "Manhattan, I prepared for you," my dad leaned over and whispered, "She sounds like you." "Not For The Life of Me" and "Only in New York" will always have a lot of sentimental value.
I'm not sure what song best fits my life right now, but in a year and a half it will be "I Wish I Could Go Back to College" from Avenue Q.
i just have a particular line that is really my life right now.
"where do we go from here, this isn't where we intended to be." from the evita movie... i know, not broadway. enough. but the whole song is not me. just that line.
Use What You Got - The Life. (haha) But the World Goes 'round - New York, New York Some People - Gypsy Some Enchanted Evening - South Pacific One Song Glory - Rent

HEDWIG: "The road is my home. In reflecting upon the people whom I have come upon in my travels, I cannot help but think of the people who have come upon me."
Actually a song that goes with an ongoing theme in my life would be "Who Will Love Me As I Am" from Sidshow. Also "I Can Do Better Than That" and slightly like "Moving Too Fast" from The Last 5 Years
