Unfortunately, I got to see her play it only once, and can't get there.
Just curious.
I can't. I wish I could.

You know how it breaks my heart to say no...
I was lucky enough to see her in it, she was the best Margaret.
Saw her last week. I just got a ticket to the final performance. It breaks my heart that it's closing.
I would, but I live in DC, and I'll be in town tomorrow. Love4Cheno where are you sitting for the final? I'll be there on Sunday.
Dottie- Orchestra Row K, on the right hand side.
I'll be the one sobbing into my hankie.
I'm leaving to go get a student ticket in about 10 minutes.

Take a camera, man!
I envy whoever lives in NYC!
Love4Cheno, you probably won't be the only one sobbing!!
Let me know how it is! I wish that I was able to make it!

She is staying, she's just playing her regular role, Signora Naccarelli, for the remainder of the run. For the past few months, she's been playing Margaret because Victoria Clark has taken Tuesday and Wednesday night performances off
Oh, oops, I got it confused with her usual role.
There is only one word that can describe every performance that was on stage tonight - AMAZING! I will remember this night always. I can't imagine what closing night will be like. I took lots of pictures during the curtain call. I'll be sure to post them ASAP!
Was this your 1st time seeing Patti as Margaret? Isn't she something? After seeing Patti in the lead role, I could barely watch Piazza on PBS. Victoria is great and all, but Patti is a goddess.
I went with Kyle. He doesn't lie, she was spot on. F*CKing amazing (especially since we snuck down to the 6th row center for act 2!!). She's also probably the most genuine, gracious, and lovely performer I've ever talked with at stage door. I'm sort of in love.
Haha, Im glad im not the only one, I saw Clark 3 times in this role, but Patti was the one that completely mesmerized me. She could mesmerize an audience by the sheer force of her presence, IMO.
I liked Victoria in Chicago and early in the NY run. At this point she has almost become an immitation of herself it seems. Very sad.

I have nothing to say against Victoria -- I saw her twice in the role (last October and in early May) and thought she was marvelous, but I didn't *love* the character or the show or the music until I saw it with Patti. She just brought something else out in it for me.
Photos, photos...
Patti was brilliant in the role.
I actually understood the character when she played it.
Her performance stunned me.
I'm upset that missed it, Patti is amazing as Margaret. But I am going Sunday, so hopefully that might make up for it.
