What's some choreography you've witnessed on the stage that eaither left you speechless or roaring loudly. A few of my favorites:
"Step In Time" and "Jolly Holiday" from Mary Poppins.
"One" from A Chorus Line.
"I Wanna Be a Producer" and **"Springtime For Hitler" from The Producers.
"Kansasland" and "Thataway!" from Curtains.
Not so much the choreography, but the staging of "Show Off" from The Drowsy Chaperone.
"Voulez-Vous" from Mamma Mia! There was a lot of other really amazing choreography, but I don't remember the names of the songs in particular.
"I mean, sitting side by side with another man watching Patti LuPone play Rose in GYPSY on Broadway is essentially the equivalent of having hardcore sex." -Wanna Be A Foster.
"Say 'Goody.' Say 'Bubbi.'" ... "That's it. Exactly as if it were 'Goody.' Now I know you're gonna sing 'Goody' this time, but nevertheless..."
-"Step In Time", "Jolly Holiday" and (the first time live) "Supercal" from Mary Poppins -"Kansasland" and "Thataway" from Curtains -"Toledo Suprise" from The Drowsy Chaperone (no particular wow factor, just pure campy fun!) -A few songs here and there from Legally Blonde -Parts of Hairspray (definitely "You Can't Stop the Beat" when done with the right cast") -Some of Thoroughly Modern Millie
"I mean, sitting side by side with another man watching Patti LuPone play Rose in GYPSY on Broadway is essentially the equivalent of having hardcore sex." -Wanna Be A Foster.

"On Your Toes" from the 1980s revival of "On Your Toes" with the brilliant work of George Balanchine, Donald Saddler and Peter Martins. A number that featured a jaw-dropping blend of ballet and tap, mingling together like I have never seen before or since.
"God, I Hope I Get It" and "Music and the Mirror" from A Chorus Line. Oh, hell ALL of ACL.
"Steam Heat" (Fosse version) from Pajama Game.
All of Fosse's work in Sweet Charity.
Just about every number in Sophisticated Ladies, choreography by Michael Smuin, Donald McKayle and Henry LeTang.
The Dream Ballet from Oklahoma! (Agnes De Mille)
The Sword Dance from Brigadoon (Agnes De Mille)
Bring In Da Noise - Savion Glover
I Got Rhythm from Girl Crazy by Susan Stroman
Others I can't think of at the moment...
"Jaws is the Citizen Kane of movies."

Patti Columbo's CHALLENGE DANCE in the recent SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS tour that Papermill did! THe best choreography I have seen in more than a decade hands down. The rest of the show was amazing as well.. but that number really was built prefectly.. told a story and literally exploded off the stage.
LET HER DO MORE IN NYC! WHY SHOULD L.A. HAVE ALL THE FUN!
"Turkey Lurkey Time" from PROMISES, PROMISES Everything from CRAZY FOR YOU (and I mean EVERYTHING!) ALL of the dancing in SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER (especially the contest sequence) "Gimme Love" from KISS OF THE SPIDER WOMAN (both Chita and Vanessa doing it) The mambo from WEST SIDE STORY "Out of my Dreams" Ballet from OKLAHOMA! Most of THE WILL ROGERS FOLLIES Bob Fosse's original and Wayne Cilento's attempt of the RICH MAN'S FRUG The 3rd part of CONTACT (titled CONTACT) with The Girl in the Yellow Dress "Out for Blood" from CARRIE The entire Act 2 of SONG & DANCE "Charleston" from MILLION DOLLAR BABY (as performed in JEROME ROBBINS' BROADWAY)
"Bitch of Living" - I thought it was a beautifully crafted piece. It represented teen angst perfectly.
The entire choreography /blocking of the "Sweeney Todd" Revival. How everything was a mess, but would end up with these beautiful stage pictures, and how they kept using and reusing the set.
Also, "Movin Out" was so engaging and stunning the entire time.
I totally agree with Flaunt It, Seven Brides For Seven Brothers had the best choreography I have ever seen...I also really like the What You Want number from Legally Blonde
