That gave me chills. I have always loved her work but I'm speechless. I love you Angela. I saw you in the OBC of Sweeney Todd 3x's when I was 16. I wish I was 10 years older to have seen your other musical performances. At 44, NOTHING makes me wish I was older, but you. :)

Angela starred in the first Broadway revival which played the Winter Garden Theatre in 1974 (after it originated in London). The show ran from September 1974 to January 4, 1975. It went on a US National Tour afterwards.
Mary Louise Wilson, who normally played Tessie Tura in this production, was Angela's understudy.
Rex Robbins was Herbie and Zan Charisse (niece of Cyd Charisse) was Louise.
Love Lansbury, I would've loved to see that show. And to save videos from that one site, you can always go to vixy.net. It allows you to save videos in MP4 format, which is ideal for those who have Ipods.
And that is why the woman is a icon, legend, whatever you want to call her, Ms Lansbury is one of the true greats.
Thanks for sharing.
Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist.
Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino.
This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more.

Its incredible that London had to wait 14 years to get its first production of 'Gypsy'. It was April 1973 when Angela Lansbury opened the show at the Piccadilly Theatre. Sadly its success wasnt repeated in the West End and it barely lasted 7 months. Angela Lansbury only played 3 months of the run and the show closed with Broadway great, Dolores Gray as Mama Rose. It has never returned to the London stage tho it has had many major productions around the UK and touring.
A young actress with Noel coward after a dreadful opening night performance said to him 'Well, i knew my lines backwards this morning!''
Noels fast reply was ''Yes dear, and thats exactly how you said them tonight'!'
