I'll have to check that out later. A vendor gave me two 23" monitors for my desk which are great and all, but he didn't realize they didn't have inbuilt speakers. doh. and i keep forgetting to get some.

I was humbled.

If I am getting sick again I'm not going to be a happy camper. I have a surprise birthday outing planned for the boy on Friday and he is meeting my friends... and I am nervous/paranoid enough I don't need to worry about sickness as well. grrrrrrrr.

Wrapping up lots of stuff in the office and at home. I leave early Friday morning for a week in Colorado.

Moony, can't believe it's back-to-school time. Where did the summer go?

Tink, meatloaf is certainly on our menu this week. Our kitchen is renovated next week. So, anything in the freezer has to go. There is some lovely minced beef, perfect for meatloaf.

We are surrounded by construction. There is a building going up next door, our neighbours above us are gutting their entire apartment. They have one workman up there who likes to sing. He's not very good, but he is happy in his work.

I seem to have missed a lot around here during the past week or so. If I missed anyone's birthday or other celebrations, I send greetings and hugs and apologies!

I have a lovely bronze glow from three days at the pool, a terrific lingering alcohol buzz from non stop tropical cocktails and a full stomach from an early dinner. Time to get ready for tonights show!
