The only reason I went to see Marie Antoinette was because I had done a report on her earlier that year.Marie Antoinette was not historically accurate. It did a good job of showing Marie's point of view on certain things in her life. That movie had WAY to many montages. We didn't need to see her frolicking through a field or laying in a bed in different positions. During the montages I found myself inappropriately laughing. The ending for the movie seemed very strange and abrupt. It didn't explain why the family had to leave or anything. It made sense to me but, not so much to my friends who hadn't researched her.

Posted: 12/31/06 at 12:13pmI wanted to see it, but it stopped playing at the theatres by me. I have to go to Mississauga (a town right beside mine) to watch Dreamgirls on Tuesday. I was supposed to see Pursuit of Happyness last night, but my friend decided she just didn't feel like it. I'm tired of people not letting me know when they're questioning things, I think everything's all set and I get excited for them and then nothing happens.

Saturday I awoke, not in my bed but in the bath tub, hungover, and my big toe is bruised and the nail is black.

Ah I had such a good weekend. On Saturday I basically had to pack for skiing & I went to my Grandma's HUGE birthday party. Basically anybody who was remotely related to me was there. We played games all night, & I couldn't go to sleep until like 2:30 AM. Today, I woke up at 5:45 AM because I was going skiing. It was so much much fun. I fell down a lot because it was my first time. I'm so incredibly sore right now. My New Years Eve is going to be so dull because my family is dead tired from skiing & lack of sleep.

I've basically just been talking on the phone with my friend who I haven't seen in almost two weeks because she is vacationing. Actually, she called me to say she wishes she hadn't stayed "vacationing" longer because it is boring.

I just spent all of New Year's Eve caring for/cleaning up after a bunch of insanely drunk, idiotic college freshman and high school kids that came to my brother's incredibly lame party (including making sure that they didn't drown in their own vomit). The entire downstairs of our house smells like alcohol and regurgitated jungle juice. It is THE most disgusting thing ever, and I'm clearing out tomorrow and not lifting a single finger to help clean it up.
I'm also way too wired to sleep now.
