People were singing in the theater when i saw it too.
CS,sounds like you sat next to my father. I'm glad I watched the movie the first time alone or his banter would have made me REALLY angry.

Hi soap! I missed you!
*kiss*
I feel like crying for no particular reason.
Yay! Q!
That's interesting SweetQ. Glad you're back!

I think I'm getting sick.
This one freshman won't stop calling me. When I was a freshman, upperclassmen scared the crap out me.
Nobody sang at the theatre, but people did clap after "And I'm Telling You".
I had my older sister listen to Spring Awakening and she said she didn't really like it. I hadn't told her anything about the show before she heard some of it so I told her afterward. As I said "sex,suicide,incest...," you should have seen the look on her face.
Hah, probably the same as the one on my history teacher's when I told him I have distant relations in the Boleyns.

I'm in the library, eating a granola bar. I feel like everyone is staring at me.
I am so tired.
And I feel kind of embarassed because I'm thinking about seeing Les Miz and I keep pronouncing Javert "Javurt" and then I learn the correct pronunciation but forget five seconds later.
But hey guess what I'm going to the city in a week and a half :).
Definitely sick. Bleh!

Feel better Em! *sends soup*
Thanks. :)
My cousin died last night, and I feel bad because I feel unaffected by it, I was just so removed from her and her family, I'm not really sure how I feel, I'm sad I just feel that I should be sadder.
My band teacher is a pompous idiot. She made a scene and made my friend cry because she asked where the music was, then yelled at me and my other friends for trying to comfort the poor girl. Then she went off on me when I jokingly asked if my birthday next Thursday was a good enough excuse to not play at the pep rally we're having that day.
I just took a cold shower. Not fun.
I have an interesting dilemma on my hands. I'm trying to decide whether I should see either The Light In The Piazza or Chicago national tour this weekend. Both tours are closing in their respecitive cities this weekend, but Chicago is playing in Baltimore, which is a 45 minute drive while Piazza is playing at the Kennedy Center which is just a 30 minute metro ride away.
I think I might go with TLITP because I've heard some really good things about the touring cast.
One the other hand, I do want to see Terra Macleod and I've never seen Chicago on stage (just the movie). But I'll be going to NY in a few months so I might be able to see it there, whereas TLITP has closed so this would probably be my only chance to see it.
Decisions, decisions............
EDIT: I'm posting this here because I don't want to clutter up the main board with another "What Show Should I See?" thread.
I'm really sorry, Sarah. Sometimes it takes a while for things to set in, but don't feel guilty at all.
Hope you feel better quickly, Emcee.
Hmm, that's a tough choice. They're both great shows. I'm going to say LITP only because it won't be here when you come to NYC. However, Chicago is great too.
I'm tired, but in a good way. I got lots of exercise today! I went to the gym, then went swimming, and I just got back from walking to the store. Yay, me.
I really should go run 4 miles, but it's cold out there and warm in here... Maybe I'll do treadmill or ellipticals at the gym instead...
I didn't know until a couple of minutes ago that Kathleen Marshall is one of the judges on "You're The One I Want." This makes me a little interested in the show now...
