theatredude87 is away being a camp counselor, which is why he hasn't been online. I'll have to yell at him for killing a thread.

I thought everyone lost interest again, but if you guys want to pick up where we left off, that's fine with me.
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be enbered with your old nonsense. ~ Emerson

It's so much more fun when someone else had to nominate the CotD.

DGG, if you were a tree, what kind of tree would you be, and why?

Is it sad that I've trained my eyes to skip over this thread when I scroll through the board? I don't even notice when it dissapears for a few weeks... or months.

Stagey- I'd be a Japanese Maple. There is one in the yard of a house I pass on my way to voice lessons, and it is so gorgeous! It's like a princess gown, especially now when all it's leaves are purple and red. I want to be that beautiful.

Congrats DGG!
What has given you the most pleasure in the last year?
What's something that we would be surprised to learn about you?
If your house were on fire, what material possessions would you grab on the way out?

DGG! This is exciting indeed.
If you had to survive on a desert island for an indeterminate period of time and could only bring three books and three cds (I guess you could bring some sort of cd playing device as well), what would they be?
And, if you could have a conversation with any famous figure, living or dead, who would it be and why?
Oh, and thanks for always making me smile.
