Once Upon a Time

Can someone explain to me what Emma's power is? How was she able to help Regina stop the failsafe? I think I may have missed something in the season or forgotten that detail.

I finally got to watch it and all I can say is:

I WANT MORE. MORE MORE MORE.

Emma at this point has magic in here but she's never really used it... it is suggested that at this point she basically helps to supercharge magic... so by her harnessing her power she was kind of able to boost Regina's in helping to stop the failsafe... I'm hoping we get more of that next season...

i'm happy he's been made a series regular... i don't quite get all the hate out there for him...

and the comments on that article are just stupid...

There's hate for him? I had no idea! How could you hate him - he's charming in a goofy kind of way. I hope they don't string out the seperation betweeb he and Emma too long.

I wondered if it meant something that Emma's magic was blue during the diamond scene while Regina's was the purple. It was the purple color of the magic Rumple brought to town. It could be just the show trying to distinguish between the two but with this show you never know.

I still think Emma will end up the most powerful out of all of them. Rumple had to become the dark one to get magic while Regina needed Emma's kickstart and later her mom's book to get her magic back. Emma doesn't seem to need that kind of help.

Emma's the product of "true love" and there's magic in that alone. At least that's what the show has me believing due to the way it's been set up.

Re: people hating Neal- the shippers of this show are a genuinely terrifying and intense lot. And a large number either want Hook with Emma or, oddly enough, Regina/Emma. Neal, positioned as Emma's long-lost true love, gets in the way. Thus, irrational hate for a character I, like Bluemoon, find quite endearing. (For a similar example, see the reaction of certain extreme segments of the Sherlock fandom to some casting spoilers for Series 3).

I think Neal is a great character... and I'm looking forward to eventually getting to see how he went from the personality of Baelfire to Neal... they seem like two different people...

Will OUAT introduce an LGBT couple anytime soon? Here's what they had to say:

“We are absolutely open to it," Eddy said. "For us, it is a matter of the right time and the right story, and it’s something we discuss. It’s something we’re very open to.”

Adam added: “The same as with any love story, we’d have to do it right and give it its due.”

I can't imagine Disney doing this to characters from their animated films. Maybe this will happen with newly introduced humans who are a part of this world.

Maybe Prince Eric & Hercules will get it on. I'd be more than ok with seeing that.

^ But earlier this year, however, the creators say that they have a plan for Ariel in season 3.

And everyone remembers Disney's version of the story where the heroine ends up marrying the Prince rather than turning into sea foam or a spirit of the air like in the Hans Christian Anderson Story. I imagine they'd show Eric and Ariel ending up together like in the film since it is so popular.

Esposito has quite the career as of late, between three High profile shows. I'll be glad to have him back.

Sean Maguire will be taking over the role of Robin Hood. Tom Ellis who previously played the role was unavailable.

"Although we love Tom Ellis, unfortunately he wasn't available," series co-creator Adam Horowitz tells TVLine, who first reported the news. "We remain huge fans of his, but because we have an arc planned for the character, we had to move forward."
