"here are the homos on this show! Give me at least a good closeted character."
They made a brief appearance as straight bashers.
The only thing good about last nights episode was the New Orleans musicians story.

Ah, I liked everything but the musician story. It just felt trite to me.

The mean, Hariet-bashing gays of a few weeks ago pale in comparison to the two gay Hispanic thugs on SEINFELD who stole the armoire containing the Soup Nazi's recipes, and in a later episode attacked Kramer for refuiiong to wear a red ribbon during the AIDS walk.
That was a great kiss. I <3 this show. Am I the only person who feels like it's finding its groove?
i thought last week's (the 27th) was the best episode so far. Last nights was pretty funny. But the episode where everyone was sick was amazing.
Also, I thought i remembered hearing they weren't gonna write Amanda Peet's pregnancy into the show.
When Amanda Peet was on Ellen, she said they were writing it in. It has to be real life driven. I can't imagine Jordan would have been pregnant if Allison Janney had taken the part as was originally intended.
As much as I love Allison Janey, i don't think she would fit the role of Jordan well.
Well, she would have played it differently and they certainly wouldn't have had to write the pregnancy in. I want Allison to play a big ole lez. I would have enjoyed that.
Tonight sucked. I am betting we will be seeing no Studio 60 next year.
I watched the first two epsiodes of this show and loved it.
Then with the next three I got kinda indifferent.
After the sixth or so I gave up on it. Haven't seen it since sometime in November or December.
Too bad, it started as a good show.
It just got worse and worse and doesn't deserve to be on the air anymore.
Todays episode was great. Darker than all of the others which caught me off guard since usually flashback episodes tend to be a bit cheerful or whatnot. This show does deserve to be on the air and is a lot better than HEROES.

You know, I really do like this show. I like it more than a lot of people do, I think, but last night's episode really had me rolling my eyes. The whole Matt Albie - Tim Batale was just asinine.

The show is on the shelf beginning March 5 - making way for The Black Donnelly's.
No return date has been set (and I'm betting that it'll never be set).
Such a promising show, with one of the best pilots in the past few years. An utter failure.
I disagree about last night's episode, catchy. I thought it was boring and contrived. The Matt popping pills story line seemed a little forced, and its "twist" was rather predicatable.
I got the feeling that the writers know they are about to disappear so they didn't put any effort into the show.

so how do you explain the tim being matt thing?
btw, I love this show. i know it's weeks are numbered but i just love it.
Eh, I thought that episode was okay but not great by any means. I really liked the first few episodes and I thought the writing was great, and since then it's just been going downhill.

I think he meant Matt.

Hell, I don't know. I feel like I missed something in the scene where he was chatting with the musical guest, but I really don't know. I feel like I was missing a lot in this episode.
And honestly, I still don't understand why two weeks ago Tom couldn't have just simply explained to Lucy why he was over a barrel and had to take the violin girl out.
I did mean Matt. My apologies.
The musician talked about dreaming things and believing they were true, only to realize later that you were dreaming ... or something like that.
Kringas, I agree about the Tom/Lucy/violin girl story ... that was just stupid.

Oh, that's right! That actually makes it make a little more sense.
have they filmed more episodes (if cancelled will they release them on dvd or itunes?)

Thank you! But wasn't it Matt that told him not to (I know someone did I can't remember who)?
I will say I loved the promos for last week- "When Harriet met Matty." Clever.

Jack told him to take her out, but I think Ashley's right and Matt told him not to tell Lucy.
Because Matt's someone other men should take dating advice from.
