I thought I was the only person in the world who has seen WHAT'S SO BAD ABOUT FEELING GOOD? I demand a DVD release at once!

No love for THE LONELY LADY? Have we sunk so low that Pia Zadora doesn't turn up on lists of guilty pleasures?
Two other stupid films I like from the '80s:
Just One of the Guys
Killer Klowns From Outer Space
Whenever they show up on TV I get hooked into watching them.
I forgot THE INCREDIBLE SHRINKING WOMAN!
I love all those cheesy Disney/Touchstone comedies from the 80's.
Outrageous Fortune, Ruthless People, Hello Again,Troop Beverly Hills, all of them so wonderfully bad.
And of course the cheesy Horror Flix of the 80's.
Poltergeist 2 & 3, Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors, Friday the 13th part 4, and so many more.
AND...I second the Pia Zadora love. Butterfly and The Lonely Lady are brilliant!
i thought i was the only person who loved dumbo but was scared to death of the pink elephants
Dumbo is a classic, and it was a big hit when it was first released!
And it's made a ton of money in re-releases over the years.
Disney made the film on the cheap, because they'd spent so much on Pinocchio and Fantasia the year before, and both films underperformed at the box office.
They made it for $800,000 and it grossed over $2.5 million (a lot back in the day).
Despite the fact that it opened only weeks before the attack on Pearl Harbor. That pretty much destroyed all box office. Gee, I wonder why?
DUMBO does not qualify as a stupid movie. It's an established Disney classic. Moving on...
I don't think WORLD ACCORDING TO GARP is a stupid movie either...

I enjoyed "Monster-In-Law" *slits wrists*
Okay, I wasn't sure what people would think of "Dumbo," now I know. But seriously, I know that is the last Disney movie any of my friends like to watch. They all like the princess movies.
I will also agree to loving "Troop Beverly Hills."
I like the film "The Silence of the Hams" a really stupid film but has some funny moments in it. And "Haunted Honeymoon" with Gene Wilder, I love Dom Deluise as Aunt Kate.
"The Apple" is hilarious as is "Sextette"
One of my favorite goes back to childhood -- THE BEST OF EVERYTHING with Diane Baker and Miss Joan Crawford as love-starved Amanda Farrell, publisher, bitch, Crawford look-alike. Of all the cheese factory three gals in romantic jeopardy in the big city, BEST is the best. From the opening with the ghastly Johnny Mathis song (treacly but memorable)to Suzy Parker's chic, unaffordable wardrobe. Makes a great double feature with the original WHERE THE BOYS ARE. Diane Baker and Yvette Mimieux, the damsels in distress of my youth.
I saw BEST OF EVERYTHING after I saw DEVIL WEARS PRADA, hearing about how similar they are...they are....
There are so many.
Wet Hot American Summer
Friday the 13th
Showgirls
Happy Campers
Intruder
Christine
And any of MGM's Midnite Movies Double Features. Can't get enough of them.

The Blob
Attack of the Killer Tomatoes
Carrie
Ghostship
Slither
I'm a sucker for bad horror films...except, Slither was sort of a farce of a horror film, so it hardly counts.

Not sure I want to admit to all of this, but...
Troop Beverly Hills
Grease 2
Ladybugs
Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead
Wish Upon a Star(Disney movie with Katherine Heigl)
Heavyweights
I didn't think Th Best Of Everything was a stupid movie. I saw it on dvd, it was part of the fox series that specializes in classics.
Grease 2 was the shiz!

My Father the Hero. I actually bought it off of ebay for .99 not too long ago because I couldn't find a video store that still had it in stock.

The first movie that came to mind after seeing the thread title was the most recent one I saw: Speed Racer. I'm so happy to see someone else on here saying so too, but I legitimately liked it. And not because I thought it was crap and I still liked it, but because I ACTUALLY thought it was a good movie! I think so many heard early word-of-mouth so few actually saw it, but it was a well plotted film with great moments for the majority of characters. Dimension in an almost entirely green-screen movie: crazy!
Also, Carnival of Souls just to throw in an older, slightly trashy, very silly, and very enjoyable movie. Love it.
Oh I love Carnival Of Souls Roscoe!
I agree, LePetite. Clue IS fantastic.
Clue is one of my favorite movies of all time! And Beyond the Valley the Dolls is amazing! I also don't think that Wet Hot American Summer is stupid. It's too funny.
Two words: Wayne's World.
