I'm sorry so many people are sick. Hope everyone feels better soon!
Rentsecrets today. They've been really stupid lately though.
There aren't all that many people sending in secrets, so they were bound to run out of things to say.
IMDb post of the day, from a ten year old with some questions about the RENT movie:
What baggage ment and what masterbation ment. Still didnt get the masterbation one....i might look it up later.
Gorsh, I'm tired.
oh my.
.....
Oh wow.
Just came back from Into the Woods. It was really good. I almost left at intermission because I thought the show was over. Other than the fact that I couldn't see much and my ears started hurting, I had a great time.
aww, I'm so sorry that you're sick.
My mom saw the revival of ITW on Broadway, and she came home saying that she loved the first act, but that she wishes the show ended then because act two is dark and sad; she didn't like that.
I've always thought that kinda funny.
Heh, that was my first "actual" Broadway show, I saw the revival when my eighth grade class went up to NYC for a week.
It was funny, we're like "this doesn't seem like Sondheim at all". Then the second act happened.

It might snow here tonight It hasn't snowed here in 8 years, I'm so excited!
Wow, it's like climate reversal!
There were funnel clouds over our school yesterday, and now people are saying it's gonna snow. Crazy.
Heh, I saw I Love You Because tonight (it was a bit on the cheesy side and the music was kinda cliche, but it had its moments and everyone in the cast absolutely sang their asses off), and during intermission one woman in the row in front of me was whining to her friends about how upset she was that the f-word was in the show (I think it was said exactly once in each act) and how it ruined the show for her. I'm still shaking my head about that.
IMDb post of the day to counteract the last one, in response to someone asking about No Vacancy in The School of Rock:
Well... They're a ficitional band... And Adam Pascal aka Theo is the frontman and kicks out Jack Black aka Dewey.... Which makes for the backstory of the movie... Then No Vacancy, in my opinion, due to Adam Pascal's really awesome voice, wins Battle of the Bands, which pisses off Jack Black. Because The School of Rock gets second to Adam and his rainbow Celtic knot. Not much else is said about them...
I saw Michael Cerveris on my way back from dance today. And I waved, like an idiot.
Did he wave back?
A wave doesn't seem idiotic. I'm sure you didn't accompany it with shrieks and incoherent gushing.
If I ever see someone like that, I start grinning like an idiot, and then proceed to stare at the ground.
Em- Yes, he did wave back.
Chloe- No incoherent gushing for me.
