Let's take a moment to relive the time Hillary Clinton slammed Obama for attacking her on universal health care.

The Nation endorses Bernie Sanders
? Bernie Sanders for President
With integrity and principle, the Vermont senator is calling Americans to a political revolution.

Nevertheless, despite the ugly attacks against her, this week's Quinnipiac poll reports:
On the Democratic side, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton widens her lead over Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont to 60 - 30 percent, compared to 53 - 35 percent in a November 4 survey by the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pe-ack) University Poll. Former Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley has 2 percent, with 6 percent undecided.

Devil lady devil lady Bernie brings hope and change!!!!!!!!
Ha! The ugly attacks against her.
What about the ugly attacks she's lobbing at Sanders that also happen to be lies? Not to mention straight out of the Karl Rove playbook. I mean..she does have a lot in common with neo cons.
It's funny that you never really seem to have a response to her horrible record other than ridiculously implying that Sanders supporters are a bunch of misogynists. (I voted for a woman for Prez in 2012 so you're a little late to the game )
Also...that poll is over a month old. Sanders has narrowed her lead considerably since.

Here's an article that includes more up to date polling. I think we can put to rest the "Sanders supporters are angry white liberal male misogynists" myth to rest.
Bernie Sanders is winning with the one group his rivals can't sway: voters
As Trump continues to dominate both parties for media attention, and Hillary Clinton remains a favorite to win with Wall Street, Bernie Sanders is suddenly surging again among those who actually matter: voters. But more important than his rise in the polls is how he’s doing it.
A string of polls over the past two weeks show that the once-independent Vermont senator is tied or in the lead in the two early primary states, Iowa and New Hampshire, and all of a sudden, in striking distance of Hillary Clinton nationally. With very little fanfare, he has been leading in New Hampshire for months, with some recent ones putting his lead in the double digits.
But Iowa seemed distinctly in Clinton’s corner for the last quarter of 2015 until this week, just a month away from the primary. A Quinnipiac poll released Tuesday night showed Sanders vaulted into the lead, with a slew of others show him pulling in close to a tie.
Digging deeper into the numbers shows even more good news for Sanders: nationally, he is beating Clinton by 2-1 with voters younger than 45, and by 20 points with female voters younger than 35. In New Hampshire there is not one demographic group in which Clinton is beating Sanders. He’s also made recent gains among African Americans and Hispanics – both demographics long considered Clinton strongholds.

From the same Quinnipiac poll:
A win in both states would be a major victory for the Sanders campaign as he seeks to push back against the narrative that his support doesn't translate into electability. But even if he wins Iowa and New Hampshire, he's polling significantly worse in most other states, including South Carolina and Nevada, the next two Democratic primary contests.
Paul Kirk? That was the big-deal endorsement?
Who the hell is Paul Kirk?
You guys won't be happy until the MSM is calling Hillary "Lucretia MacEvil"! (I had to look that one up).
Just get it out of your system by November.

I'm going for whoever gets the democratic nomination, even if it's Barney.

I don't think she's evil. I think she's an awful candidate for President.
And if she's the nominee come November I'll be voting green.
And I know PJ isn't nervous about her chances, but the Clinton campaign obviously is. Otherwise their attacks on Sanders wouldn't be so stupid and dishonest.
Her crying for Sanders to take down this "negative" attack was rightfully met with the ridicule it deserved. And if she can't take this kind of ad from Sanders how will she ever stand up to Trump?
This is a sign of a very nervous campaign.

Hillary will be the greenest president ever.
Greenest President ever?
Noted neocon/warhawk Hillary Clinton is calling for new sanctions on Iran. Something that would completely undermine Obama's Iran deal.

Good cop, bad cop...US hostages released, sanctions lifted...more space between Obama and Hillary's position on Middle East policy. Something about the hostage situation/clemency deal seems staged to me but it was a win-win. The hostages are safe. Hillary's free to continue maneuvering.
So sweet. Maybe she'll be Hillary's running mate they can do a fun interp of "Together, Wherever We Go" at the inauguration.
Today's results of the December NBC/Wall Street Journal poll shows Clinton 25 points ahead of Sanders, up from 19 points ahead in November.

Hillary Clinton’s Lead Over Bernie Sanders Widens
Though race is tight in Iowa and New Hampshire, new poll suggests Clinton holds strong advantage in later primaries
By PATRICK O’CONNOR Jan. 17, 2016 9:00 a.m. ET
WASHINGTON— Hillary Clinton has widened her lead to 25 percentage points in the race for the Democratic presidential nomination, a new Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll finds.
The former secretary of state leads Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders 59% to 34%, a slightly larger margin than the 19-point gap in December.
The new national poll comes as surveys in Iowa and New Hampshire show the race tightening in the states that play host to the first two nominating contests. While losses there would be a setback for Mrs. Clinton, the new Journal/NBC News survey suggests that she would retain strong advantages in the later primaries. Mrs. Clinton owes her durable lead nationally to her strength with key subgroups in the Democratic primary electorate, including nonwhite, older and moderate-to-conservative primary voters.
The race looks much different in Iowa and New Hampshire. Aggregates of recent polls show the contests to be close in both states, with Mrs. Clinton edging Mr. Sanders in Iowa and the Vermont senator claiming a lead in neighboring New Hampshire....

Bernie Sanders Was for Full Gay Equality 40 Years Ago

You'll really show us and that ambitious lady candidate! I can't wait to see what the green party will do about abortion, ACA, marriage equality, appointing supreme court justices... Oh wait, all they'll do is open the door for a republican to eff all that up.
OMG PRS you're so smart and I have no idea how politics works! Thanks for explaining it to me!!
I've explained this a million times before in this thread. I live in NJ. Which will inevitably vote blue in the Presidential election. So I can vote for whoever I want and not worry about electing whoever the GOP candidate is.
And you obviously have no idea what the Green Party platform is. But I would trust them in dealing with every issue you mentioned over Hillary Clinton. And guess what...their candidate is a woman!
What's really dumb is voting for the same kind of candidate over and over and expecting a different result.
Bernie Sanders Was for Full Gay Equality 40 Years Ago
Um, no, he wasn't.
Sanders took a similarly cautious approach to same-sex marriage. In 2006, he took a stand against same-sex marriage in Vermont, stating that he instead endorsed civil unions. Sanders told reporters that he was “comfortable” with civil unions, not full marriage equality. (To justify his stance, Sanders complained that a battle for same-sex marriage would be too “divisive.” ]
At the time, he also opposed a federal anti-gay-marriage amendment—but so did his Republican opponent for the Senate seat, Richard Tarrant, who also supported civil unions. With a wide lead in the polls and little at stake, Sanders declined to differentiate himself from his opponent by taking the lead on gay rights.
Earlier in his political career, Sanders was even more indifferent toward gay rights: As mayor of Burlington in 1990, Sanders told an interviewer that LGBT rights were not a “major priority” for him. Asked if he would support a bill to protect gays from job discrimination, Sanders responded, “probably not.” That was 25 years ago. Sanders has, no doubt, come a long way since then: The senator endorsed Vermont’s successful Marriage Equality Act in 2009 and has cheered the Supreme Court’s marriage rulings. And he is co-sponsoring the Equality Act, a sweeping federal LGBT rights bill that advocacy groups place high on their post-marriage agenda.
Still, Sanders’ exaggeration of his marriage equality record is strange and unwise. If Sanders were honest about his evolution—and, yes, it was an evolution—then he could still brag about supporting marriage equality long before his chief primary rival. Instead, he has attempted to reframe his somewhat tepid support as vociferous and unabating. The LGBTQ community can surely forgive Sanders’ less-than-spotless record on gay rights—but that process can only begin once he’s honest about it.
While some of the above may be true, it is undocumented. Hillary you have on tape. She's a flip flopper and always will be. Bernie deserved that endorsement.

Told an interviewer??????????
Whatever happens it will be surreal.
Clinton -v- Trump
A Republican demagogue who opposed the Iraq War and a mainstream Democrat who has long regretted her failure to oppose it. Down the rabbit hole.
Sanders -v Trump
Two perceived angry old white men in a Populist Insanity -v- Populist Sanity battle both professing to be refreshingly looking out for the middle class and both purporting to be isolationist or selectively so. Also down the rabbit hole.
Clinton -v- a more Establishment Republican
An anticlimactic business as usual snorefest, especially if it were Bush (though there seems little chance of that at this point) with many Trump, Cruz and Sanders fans feeling thrown out in the cold and the media being severely disappointed.
Sanders -v- a more Establishment Republican
American "Conservatism" versus Democratic Socialism.
Anyone -v- Cruz
Self-evidently wacky with a potential for being severely scary... not to mention the lawsuits calling for an originalist interpretation of "natural born American" under Article II.
