The unannounced show from Toronto's Mirvish 2024-2025 season has been named. It is Crow's Theatre's production of Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812.

Philly's renaming occured in January. 5 of the shows have been here before, a few twice. I'd have been more impressed if we got Kimberly Akimbo, Parade and Shucked.

Seems like the actual # of posts in this thread is off, which is probably why the page count is off as well. If the mods care to address this.

Mrs. Doubtfire has dates through November, currently. Frozen closes in September.

Maybe in a season or two, but definitely not right away. I think Disney would want to focus on the licensing roll out of the show. A handful of regional theatres have already announced it for their upcoming seasons.

Oh, I totally forgot that Tuacahn in St George, Utah, a couple hours North West of Las Vegas, announced Frozen for this Summer, along with Anastasia & Jersey Boys.

Breathe. I'm sure those shows will come through. This is between the theaters and the tours and what makes sense. I'm sure those shows will come through in time.

Engineer Thuy said: " TUTS Houston Announced a local production of Frozen marketing it as one of the first Regional companies to do Frozen."
Looked at their website after reading Engineer Thuy's comment, & see that they will also be doing a new production of Waitress in 2025 in collaboration with Seattle's 5th Avenue. Then I looked at the 5th's site.
Not sure if it has been mentioned here yet, but the Parade tour will play Seattle April 16 - May 4, 2025 at the 5th instead of as part of the Broadway in Seattle season at the Paramount Theater. Parade looks like the only touring production for the 5th Avenue's 24/25 season.
In June 25 they will be doing Bye Bye Birdie, which is a bit exciting.
Des Moines Performing Arts has announced their season:
Back To The Future: October 15 - 20, 2024
Shucked: January 28 - February 2, 2025
Life of Pi: February 25 - March 2, 2025
Some Like it Hot: March 18 - 23, 2025
& Juliet: May 6 - 11, 2025
Parade: July 29 - August 3, 2025
Add-Ons:
Santino Fontana in Concert: October 5, 2024
Chicago: December 6 - 8, 2024
Hadestown: April 11 - 13, 2025
Hamilton: June 3 - 15, 2025
Really happy with this season! All new tours/new shows! One question though - the Hadestown tour would be non-equity at this point, right? Interesting to see how that will change the production.
Rochester, NY announced Wednesday. I think it looks OK, not great. I was hoping we would get Shucked.
