If they build this casino/hotel(?) in times square they should be required to build a theatre inside similar to the requirement when they built the Marriott

Maybe the landlords can recruit the Roth’s?  Convince Trump to come out against the casino, he hates Ceasars and Jay Z.  Mayor Adams will do whatever Trump says.

And this is interesting. Venture Capital has been pouring millions into online gambling which explains New York State's tax giveaway to online gambling platforms. Since these are taxes that are coming out of all of our pockets shouldn't the public have a right to know the specifics of this data?
