Does anyone know about this? Apparently it is a Best Buy exclusive?? I would imagine it being a 2-disc DVD with the film soundtrack and Broadway recording.
In addition, does anyone happen to know how much Virgin on 7th Ave is selling it for?
Wow! Why hasn't anyone not mentioned this before?! This looks sensational!

Wow this looks amazing!
Disc 4 bonus materials: "The Lady Who Lunches" a 45 minute video of Liz Taylor enjoying lunch alone in her trailer. At one point, one of the chickens falls to the floor and Liz wipes it off on the curtains and continues eating.
That alone makes it worth a trip to Best Buy.

The best part of the entire movie is the laughter that insued when during "It would have been wonderful" the line "If she had only been fat" is sung. HAHAHA Cause she is!

What!? Where the hell is this link? I need this collection RIGHT NOW! Why won't someone get me a g--damn LIIIINNNNNK!
Yeah I call BS until I see a link. I just checked Best Buy and Amazon. Amazon only has a one disc version listed and Best Buy isn't exactly forthcoming with details. Besides I thought no footage existed of the OBC.

No matter how many times Lucy pulls the football away at the last minute, Charlie Brown still tries to kick it.

I just got my DVD from Amazon. It's only one disc but it comes with Sondheim's home phone (The private on, not the one his assistant answers) and an offer to discuss what went wrong with any buyer at any time.

Wow and home movies, including that infamous footage of Sondheim shopping for Lamb chops at D'Agostinos when the butcher congratulates him for winning the Tony for Sunday in the Park.

Ooooh, I want that edition, too! Does he take requests over the phone, do you know?
I love how Fosse's post went from IT'S ALL LIES, LIES, LIES to him making up what's on all 4 discs.
LOL!
I can only imagine what would fill out these four discs for THAT movie...
SPECIAL FEATURES INCLUDE:
"What the Hell Were They Thinking?" 90 min. Featurette
"Edit It Your Own Way" using in-movie "branching." See if you can make it any better!
"Sweden vs. Austria: Does Anyone Even Notice?" - A side-by-side interactive geography game
"Dub That Cast" - Surf additional audio streams that allow you replace many of the dubious vocals with trained singers
"Additional Outtakes - Besides the Whole Movie"
"Perpetual Restoration Frustration"
"Guess the Dress Size" - Throughout the film, an icon will appear in the lower right corner of the screen, allowing the viewer to choose from the possible dress sizes for Miss Elizabeth Taylor. Guess them all correctly and you get to eject the disc and watch something else! Fun for the whole family!
"They Might As Well Have Done It On Ice" - Feauturette with Dorothy Hamill, Peggy Fleming and Brian Boitano, discuss the potential improvements of an ice arena show of ALM over this film version.
(heavy sigh)
Again, there are no words.

I knew it all along.
There are some things you just don't joke about...
Best12 gets post o'the day. I never LOL, and sure as hell did here. The dress size icon alone is a treasure. Best, don't keep your day job.
I wonder why then that Best Buy.com has it for 22.99 but everywhere else is 15.99 or 16.99? Best Buy usually is about the same price for their DVDs online. I guess I will find out, as I just purchased it from Best Buy.com.

besty, that is very likely the funniest thing I've seen on these boards. That statement is sans hyperbole.

BrodyFosse, for what you did, I hope that some night you take a really, really, really hot person home with you from a bar AND THEY TURN OUT TO BE THE WRONG SEX!!!!!!
