I'm actually not a fan of the logo. It looks boring.

I hope this show turns out well after the disappointment that was Little Mermaid.

I'm surprised Disney is going with the extremely generic and trite "New Musical Comedy" given all their past Broadway artwork/promotions.

As a whole, the artwork also does nothing for me.

Proud of Your Boy is truly one of my favorite Menken songs. And he's said that he himself loves so hopefully they will have brought it back.

I did read somewhere that Call Me a Princess was in.

I don't like the artwork either. I like the text, but the genie just looks like they tried and failed to recreate the same kind of abstract "outline" artwork that they did for Beauty and the Beast.

There's something that's off. Is it the clown gloves?

It feels more circusy and "kiddie show" than adventurous. I think they should have tried for more exotic and mysterious.

I loved the poster for the movie ...

Re "Proud of Your Boy": Did you people even read the damn article? He said all the cut songs from the movie will be in the show.

PC: I was just talking to Don Hahn about all the great cut songs you wrote with Howard for ALADDIN. Could you tell me about those?

AM: We're getting them back!

PC: How so?

AM: We're doing a stage musical of ALADDIN and all those songs are going to be in it.

I like the logo, but instead of the genie they should've done an out line of of jasmine and aladdin on the magic carpet. Proud of Your Boy has been in all the workshops and test productions of the show so I would be surprised if it wasn't in the show. There's a clip floating around of it from the Seattle production.

I remember from last year, two theatre companies in Denmark & the Philippines were given special right to perform this version of Aladdin. Here is a clip from the Denmark company.

The Princess Jasmine & Aladdin in the Philippines production almost look like their animated counter part.

"Proud of your Boy" is definitely in. Not only once, but twice. If the structure is remotely similar to Seattle, the song was sang once toward the middle of Act I and its reprise is the Act I Finale.

Exactly! The genie in the artwork looks like one of the mops from Beauty and the Beast.
