Someone needs to sit Michael down and remind him the holiday season is in full swing and a great gift would be for him to donate, say, a couple of weeks of rest to the cash strapped among us. Yes, that would be nice.

That quote is from way back, but just playing a little catch up. So no interest from the NYC residents for the Opia thing on the 12th. I would be there if I could, but I absolutely love Brian Lowdermilk's music. What I'm wondering, am I going to have to start supplementing some NYC residents' income? I need to continue to live vicariously through you all!! That's it, I need to take the NY bar and get a job in the city when I done with law school.

Please do not ask me why I'm still awake, but I would like to blame in the following order, these people, Rob, MoG, Craig, MoG, Scott Alan, MoG, Eddie Varley, MoG, OperaGhost and MoG. Thank you, thank you very much.

LOL Faile! There's definite interest in attending the event, who wouldn't want to with that lineup of performers singing Brian's stuff? However as much as I would love to appease certain factions, my wallet has developed wings and taken flight from my person!

Anyway, just got back from Rockers on Broadway and our own BWW's night at Jim Caruso's Cast Party.

My heart flutters for Eddie Varley and despite the ribbing, OperaGhost, your accent makes my knees weak!

John you sport the ugliest in a cute way mullet I have ever seen in my life and Jenna may well have done the best impression of someone who actually knew what they were singing I've ever seen (and you can't not love a girl whose hair takes on a life of its own in the rain, I feel her pain). They done did that Eddie Money song proud tonight.

(*As a side note, despite my newfound love for Scott Alan, I would like it known for the record that I sell my organs on the blackmarket to raise funds to keep up with him for no one but Michael.)

Hello, I would like to remind a certain BFF of a date known as December 25 and a date known as January 8, and how between the two I will be living on Ramen Noodle soup and I don't even at Ramen Noodle soup. I just wish Jenna had her own song to sing! I mean not that "be my little baby" on backups wasn't fun times or anything, but given all the attention John seems to need, in that special needs child, watch out for him so he doesn't stick his thumb in the electrical socket kind of way, it was hard to keep the attention focused on two things at once.

Well it looks like that answers my question. LOL! Trisky it seems you may have no choice. Do I need to start sending a check?

Oh there are always choices in life and I choose to ignore MoG's pleas.

She's very kindly offered to pick the ticket tab up, but I can't even do the $15 drink minimum, so MoG will drink alone, get up on the table and lift her skirt up to give everyone a show when she's done.

BTW, according to Scott Alan's website, Jenna will be the inaugral hostess for his new monthly show at the Duplex. The first one is on January 10 and tickets are $7. If I'm reading him correctly it also seems that the host/hostess will perform. Probably one of the last chances to catch her before she heads out on tour. Goodness March seemed so far away just a few weeks and here it is now, right around the corner.

Just got back from Hairspray, where I got to see John as Fender! It was my first time seeing the show, and I LOVED it! I kept looking at the back to see John dancing... he's really quite a good dancer. Boy's got rhythm! His (only) line, "Look! Here come the special ed kids! Snicker snicker sneer sneer" was delivered in true John fashion and made me bust out laughing. Now if only he'll start updating his hillarious journal...
