I didn't run away, I was over the obvious misinterpretation of my words. And I didn't apologize in this thread because there's nothing so important and no one so offended that I need to apologize. I'd be willing to have a good faith discussion about the Chavkin thing, but whereas I've been incredibly kind in how I've worded my responses, you on the other hand have been nothing but rude and continue to be.
But I'll triple down even. I can't see how what I said was offensive, and if it was taken that way it was clearly not intended to be so. You are up in arms and speaking rudely for no reason. I said I didn't like Chavkin's work. That's not sexism, that's an opinion. I said Malloy was what made Great Comet good because I like the writing but not the original production so much, which is, again, an opinion. Neither is sexist. These catchall accusations thrown out by people who convince themselves they're doing the world a service at just about everybody who doesn't fit your "moral standards" is ridiculous. Surely you don't actually believe I'm sexist because you didn't like the way I worded something and took it in the worst possible faith.
