A lot is closing which is a concern, A lot is not opening which is a concern.
So we find ourselves with a lot of prime real estate coming into play.
The Shubert, August Wilson, Majestic, Al Hirshfeld are dark, becoming dark?

Will Disney want a new tenant in the New Amsterdam?
MJ (Neil Simon), Harry Potter (Lyric), and Great Gatsby (Broadway) all look to be to doing gretat and could be free.
The Lion King (Minskoff) is roaring on and will roar for years to come.

There's a lot of potential shows lining up for next season. I don't think any theater will sit empty too long.

Truly, this is A LOT of possible London imports! Personally, I'm most hopeful for Paddington. I'm sure there are naysayers out there, but I have yet to encounter a single disappointed customer.

Dirty Dancing will be an immediate flop in the Broadway.
The Phantom revival was always going back to the Majestic.
Is Damn Yankees still taking the Circle after Just In Time closes?
Huzzah seems to be Broadway-tracked and is currently having a 29-hr reading.

Speaking of, anyone got any news on Wanted? I don't know much about it, but I've been curios since hearing good things about its run at Paper Mill.

Damn Yankees would be awesome in Circle but Just In Time has no plans to close on the foreseeable future

I listened to the few Wanted songs that were released and was so impressed. I wish they were coming in this season, they would probably sweep the awards.
