Stranger Things has the Marquis. A return engagement of Elf is supposed to play there for the holidays.

Who knows! Jeffrey Richards has worked with all the landlords. Probably a Shubert playhouse, CITS, or Studio 54, which narrows it down to about 25 options ;)
It should end up at a smaller theater. Schoenfeld assuming The Notebook is gone by the end of the year?

Easily could be. Rumor on Reddit was there was no spring tenant lined up earlier this week so it could fit there.
And now with Glengarry and with the First Shadow, it's looking like -
Golden, Lyceum, Booth, Schoenfeld, Belasco ? will be up for grabs (Next to Normal, Mincemeat, Good Night, Dorian Grey, Purpose among the rumored tenants)
Announced without a theater- Glengarry, Good Night, Othello
Not announced with a theater heavily rumored -
Imperial - Smash
Barrymore - Dead Outlaw
Music Box - The Motive and The Cue
Hayes - Little Bear Ridge Road (or it goes off-Bway and something else takes 2 Stage's Spring Slot)
Buena vista social club held auditions and it said for fall. The jones will be available come fall. I think next to normal would be good at the schoenfeld

Unless the run gets cancelled before performances start, Left on Tenth has the Jones.
Oh yes I meant spring. It’ll be available in the spring

That’s where I’ve seen it pegged here and online.
Thread yesterday seemed to also open up the possibility of another theater.
I saw a couple rumors of the Groff Bobby Darin show otherwise.
I haven’t seen anything on Normal - I’m expecting the next thing we’ll hear could be closing night in London next month.

‘Just in time’ not ‘Lost in time’.

It's still possible. It would probably run for just 5/6 weeks if they start previews around Nov. 15. So they could still make an announcement in the next week.
A message on Reddit this morning says Elf.is playing the Marquis from November 9 to January 4.
Just saw the announcement. So it's returning to Broadway and touring as well.

Buena Vista Social Club. Previews will begin in late February.
I personally don't foresee a long run for this.
