It is a limited run through February 5th, and I would be truly shocked if it lasts even that long. In the unlikely event that it plays through its announced run, they should still be able to get a spring show into the JEJ Theatre by the Tony cutoff.

SMASH has a theater. just wonder what the delay is in making an announcement.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

I would bet good money that there will be significantly more than just those three available in the Spring. Circle in the Square is also free for starters. There are also three shows from last season I'd argue are near-guaranteed to close. I think there may be a few surprises from some longer-running stuff as well. They're better equipped to weather a storm, of course. But, there are some very expensive-to-run shows that I doubt are very profitable any more.
Is there any substance to the RAGTIME/Palace rumor outside of the Sweaty Oracle? Putting RAGTIME -- with no stars & 28 piece orchestra -- in a house of that size feels like a disaster in the making. Scale it down like PARADE & stick it in a playhouse.

They'll probably scale down the orchestra a bit. I think the goal is probably aiming for Tony Awards and could give Sunset some strong competition. Odds are it'll only run through the end of 2025.

Rumors were that The Motivation and the Cue was aiming for the Music Box, and we know now that isn't the case, but could it possibly be aiming for the fall as Dorian is only scheduled into June?
