Wow I love your costumes!! The Holly and Sammy are dead on.
Haha thank you! Those pictures came out great too. A few people actually thought that was my real hair!

Amy did not do anything crazy, no. But it was quite enjoyable to see that her POP! entrance was messed up.

Karma? What do you mean?
what happened at her entrance?

It seemed like her and the pit were a bit off and she had trouble getting the first line out.

Usually the problem is that the music won't start up right away so she'll have to adlib a line or two before launching into the song. On Sunday night it was that she took this HUGE sigh, and by the time she got out her next line, there was no time for her "trust us.." line, so she had to start singing right away.
Is that what you mean?

Haha! I totally didn't realize the sigh.
Amy: "...Right Aunt Ang?"
Adinah: "Of course..."
Amy: "NOW! (or some other unintelligible chirp) Every five seconds..."
I loved the laughter and the looks shot to the front row. It was great when something out-of-the-ordinary happened, 'cause probably 75% percent of the house had seen it before and knew something was wrong.

well, a few comments.. i was there as well. The audience was BEYOND insane and it DID affect the timing on a LOT of songs (white people have NO rythm! ha ha)
To who ever was sitting in rush seats A 1 and A3.. I was talking to you before the show about the music and all, and during intermission as well, and it was great that you got in after the nutiness the other days.
Bravo to the cast on a fantastic last show.

One of the best moments of that show had to of been Felicia at the end of Let me come home standing there with her arms up and screaming Yeah while the crowd went wild. She deserved that kind of response and she was soaking in every second. She was on fire last night.
thanks for the pictured guys.
and HollyImposter, my friend is deff in the background of one of your pictures, i enjoyed that, haha.
can i just say how incredibly wierd its gonna be going back up to the city in a couple weeks and walking by the al hirschfeld and NOT seeing the show. blah!
Just watched all the sets and props and everything being taken out of the theater and loaded into trucks. Will post pics later.
omg, that is SOOOO incredibly sad!
Does anybody know if they're just using the sets & props from the show for the tour?
So I just listened to the entire recording for the first time since the show ended and during If I Told You (Reprise) the tears just started coming. I hate when shows I love end, especially when they deserve to keep performing. I really can't wait until the tour now.

I believe the sets and stuff will be going into storage until they're needed for the tour.
Ok, brace yourselves.

Ouch. Je ne l'aime pas, pas du tout!! Especially that last one...geez.
i did NOT just see that! julia's house torn apart! this is just cruel!
Sorry guys. I debated if I should post them, but figured you might want to see.
Quick question: does anybody know WHY they ripped Julia's bedroom apart? so it wouldn't take up much space, and then they could just piece it back together, later, is my guess...
I also watched them dismantle Robbie's bedroom. They took off the water heater, were taking the whole thing apart but I left before they finished. Will go back in a little while, doubt anything is left.
Awww...haha, did they leave the bed in one piece?
