Don't know if it'll work immediately but theACC2425 code appears to be active."
What is this code for? Any age restrictions?

Checkout is failing whenever I try to buy a ticket. Gonna have PTSD after McNeal LincTix, Romeo + Juliet presale, and access center tickets for this ;_;
This won't let me get to checkout. Apparently you need an account, which I have but it won't let me reset the password. I even tried making a new account and that won't work either. Why can't you just buy tix as a guest? This really sucks.
Calling directly was a lot smoother than waiting online. I was done getting tickets way before my time on the cue was up.

It's so slow. I can't do much at all.
AAArrgh! I'm in the same boat as FANtom Follies.
Infuriating. Now I'm also on hold via phone.

I’m getting Unable to reserve seat everytime I put a seat in the cart and try to checkout

Now the website is telling me it's sold out... I don't see any blue seats available for purchase! ugh...

This is what I ended up doing as I was also getting "unable to reserve seat." I just called and asked for the seat I was trying to reserve (balcony row A) and they were able to buy it for me.
I think any "sold out" messages are incorrect, as it looked like the majority of the balcony was available for the access tickets.

Got 'em! Phew! SO EXCITED.
I was on hold for LESS than 10 minutes, and was able to quickly get the tickets I wanted. (Front row Balc) JUST got off the phone.
CALL.
City Center had the special ability to always make buying tickets with them the most stressful part of anyone’s day.
I just called and got a row C middle-ish balcony seat for $28 in less than 5 mins. Call! Don't do the online queue. I didn't even need to provide the actual code (even though I had it), just said I'd like to purchase a Ragtime ticket with the Access City City code.

Just called, it really was easier! And now the wait is like less than 5 minutes. Thanks for the tip!

Just ordered through phone, it was downright pleasant. Strongly recommend over website
I ended up calling and it was super easy - thanks for the suggestion. Got 2nd row center - I've never sat so close at NYCC and I'm super excited!

YES. It's 35 and under. They ask for our ID at the box office when you pick it up (the only choice for delivery). If you aren't 35 or under you pay the difference of the normal ticket before release.
That second week of performances falling during Election Week is going to have an interesting vibe no matter what.
Let’s pray people aren’t too depressed to go to the theater that night.

They have never asked for my ID when picking up tickets.
Sometimes asking for ID is just a practical thing to see the name spelled out, so the patron doesn't have to spell it and the box office employee doesn't risk mishearing and wasting time.
They checked ours for Jellys last season
