Just walked past the theatre after the matinee show and saw 4 girls there sitting with a blanket. I asked what they were there for and they told me they were there for Sunday's closing performance student rush.
I nearly **** myself. Why are these fans so damn crazy???
Will post a picture from my sidekick in a few.

Wow. That made my day, for some reason. Maybe because I'm warm...and plan on sleeping in a bed and not on 45th Street.

I would spit on them for their total stupidity. It's a damn show, and it's not even a great one.
hahahahahahaha, wow, just wow. thats called dedication right there, but if ur gonna do that, why not jsut buy tickets for the last, and rush for both shows tomorrow, but whatever. lol

Yankee, it made my day too because I know that no matter what I do today, I will still be smarter than someone.

THAT falls into the 'life's too short' category. Why not just BUY regular priced tickets...it will be cheaper than treating the hemorrhoids they're bound to have after sitting on cold cement for 48 hours.
By the way, there are GREAT tickets available on Telecharge.com...5th row aisle. They must have just released the house seats...which is sad that they didn't have enough requests to even sell those.

prob not, lol. im gonna say you should prob get there the night before.
and i cant wait to see this pic and see who these crazy ppl are
Yea, I'm not that obsessed-You think they'll sell more than front row since it's the last show?? If someone happens to be in the box office between now and then, could you ask??

Yeah. I was going to show up Sunday morning at midnight but was advised to go earlier. That, however, is a bit extreme.
As ridiculous as it is, I still want to bring them some hot chocolate or something.
I will be at the show tonight, will stop by to see who is out there. But that means that all 4 of them should be missing tonight and both shows tomorrow. Holding places in line for hours and hours for people is not ok when waiting for rush. All 4 of them should be outside the entire time, except for short trips to get food and bathroom. If they want to wait for hours, that is ridiculous. I will laugh if the producers do end up doing a lotto for the final show on Sunday!!!
This is almost as scary as the crazy "Shiz Kids" in London who have been sleeping outside of the stage door for the past week in order to get rush tickets to Idina Menzel's last performance in Wicked tomorrow.
When I heard about those people, I said that if I were Idina, I'd walk out there (with security) and say "Gee guys, I am really honestly flattered, but frankly you're scaring me, and I'd prefer not to have you in the front row where you could easily kill me, so please leave and come and see the show next week once I've left."
It is crazy the lengths these people will go to. Lining up a few hours early is understandable, but a few days? Get a life.
They're crazy. It's the Wedding Singer. Yea I'm sure rush will be crowded day of, but the show probably won't even sell out closing night. Lining up two days in advance is absolutely insane.

Ya think it's those kids who went to the show in costume?
I seriously doubt that this is the ONLY way they will be able to get into the last performance. The show isn't playing anywhere close to capacity!
"Ya think it's those kids who went to the show in costume?"
It's not. Or atleast I'm 99% sure it's not.

xM3L24x - how do you know? Or...99% know
No show is worth it
TWS is in a class with ASU & Hi Fi. Entertaining fluff which cannot survive on Broadway for a variety of reasons. A shame
I hope for the sake of the actors and the audience around them that those girls don't get tickets - imagine the halitosis and their stench after 3 days of not cleaning themselves!
"Wohhhnderfuhhhhl to seeee you guuuuuhys, yooooou were so goood!"
but Becoz how long do you think the lines will be for Spring Awakening's last?
*i'm hoping that's a long long time down the road but still...food for thought
