I loved this revival and made a last-ditch effort to see it again. Earlier I had seen it through TDF but I accepted that I would have to pay a lot at this time.

Unfortunately, I don't think it's been possible to see it for under $399 in its last few weeks (now week) and I simply can't afford to pay that much. (Someone I know paid $999.)

One of the things I admired about Mantello's approach to the play is its emphasis on the personal and family dynamic. However, it's hard to miss the irony of a play usually noted for its indictment of capitalism no longer being affordable to people who don't have a lot of money.

I'm not condemning anybody here., this is our world now, but the irony is striking.

I would have paid that. I might have gone up to $249, but more would have been too much for me so I'm hoping for a pro-shot.

This is what I paid for our front%row mezzanine seats the day after the Tony!s. Imo the Garden’s mezzanine front row is the best seat on Broadway since it has bumpouts for great leg room and no bar to interfere with the view."

But it is SOOOOOOO FAR from the stage. May be comfortable, but it feels distance wise from the stage like much further back in the mezzanine in many theatres

Not disagreeing but the stage width seems to me personally to make it feel like it’s not too far.

Looked to quickly and mistook the $999 for the remaining center orchestra seats this weekend as $99.99 and thought this was some unexpected gift from the theater gods. I need coffee..

Just got a $99 box seat for tomorrow night for a friend who thought he was going to miss it due to the remaining high prices.

I got to see this again and it really is a marvel of a revival that will stick with me for a long time. AND I was able to see it twice for under $200 total, from good seats!

I’m not saying anything new here, but Miller wrote the ultimate portrait of people clawing their way to a middle-class life in America and it still feels like it could have been written today.

Both times, the second act is really what did it for me: Willy & Howard, Willy & Charley, Willy & Ben, Willy & Biff with the mistress, Charley’s eulogy, Laurie’s final moments, and that great gaping grave hole in the stage during the final scene. Laurie’s Linda feels of a piece with her role in LADY BIRD.

I wish it could play London but that seems unlikely given the National is slated to do it with Paul Mescal as Biff next year.

I’m grateful that Mantello, Lane, Metcalf, and whoever that producer is could make this happen after ruminating on it for 25 years.
