I suppose "begins" is accurate up until the work is substantially completed and since work began at 3 a.m., I'm happy to cut the headline writers a bit of slack here. FWIW, as of a little after 11 a.m. Eastern, the NYT and Washington Post headlines are now: "Kennedy Center Removes Trump’s Name From Facade."

Oh, enough with this nonsense. Peel off those disgusting letters (did they use double-sided tape?) and let’s move on. They used a cherry picker the first time, why scaffolding now? As I’ve said before, that slob’s name was added in record time. It can be removed at the same speed.
