FAYE FIRED

He has recordings of her saying all this so nothing whatsoever is in her favor. Even if the producers want to use her performance against her, there are hundreds of witnesses to validate their claims she went up on her lines at every performance during her entire short run.

I'm sorry to read Faye is in diva-mode these days. I read her autobiography LOOKING FOR GATSBY & THOROUGHLY enjoyed it! I would like to comment fellow Kentuckian Johnny Depp has taken up for her in the press lately.

The Distinctive Baritone said: "I'm sure his claims that she was being cruel to him are true, but I'm not sure if calling a young gay man "a little homosexual boy" is technically hate speech. It's really rude and unprofessional, but if he wants to win a lawsuit against her, he should focus on the wrongful terminationpart."

Can you clarify why you're using the term 'hate speech' here? I didn't see the term used in the article and I haven't seen court papers, so I don't know if it's used there (thought I would bet it isn't). Was it used somewhere else that I didn't see?

Hate speech is still legally protected speech in the US, so I can't imagine any lawyer would use that term in any such lawsuit. However, if what is presented in this article is true, it's a clear case of sexual harassment and bullying.

"hate speech" has nothing to do with this. It is a term used as an enhancement to criminal conduct. No one is alleging criminal conduct here. And in an employment context, which is what this is, what she said is certainly relevant to the claims that are reported to have been made.

I think the key would be wrongful dismissal. He brought up to higher ups how she seemed verbally abusive and rude, and how he felt uncomfortable, and then got fired. Someone’s in trouble.

That's what I'm saying. The offending quote from Dunaway was in the headlines of multiple articles, which seems odd since this seems like a wrongful termination lawsuit, not a lawsuit for Dunaway just being a b*tch.

Miss Dunaway is for Miss Dunaway and I think we should just leave it like that.

Wow! Thanks for the link . It wasn’t as bad as I feared, but what threw me off is the fact that she looks more like Mary Tyler Moore than Hepburn.

Wow, she sure doesn't disappoint! She's exactly as awful as I remember. In just over 6 minutes, I already felt like I'd sat through the whole thing and regretted not walking out early.

Just one of the most bizarre things I’ve ever seen live.

Omg. What is that? Is she doing a British accent? It’s sad. Lombardo and the producers were mad for hiring her.
