According to Playbill.com, the cast recording of the Hunchback musical that performed at Paper Mill last Spring was supposed to be released today (11/20). I cant find it on itunes or anywhere else online. Has anyone heard anything about the album?
Mr. Nowack said: "CastAlbums lists it as digital Dec. 4 and physical release sometime in January.
"
December 4th, huh? Sweet!

ATTENTION FANS: I will be played by James Barbour in the upcoming musical, "BroadwayWorld: The Musical."
I'm not sure if this is true, but according to Twitter, but the album is delayed because Ciara Renee is still filming Hawk Girl... or whatever the show is that she is doing. Once she is done, I am assuming that she is going to head back and record her parts for the album.
I hope that Ciara has already recorded her vocals otherwise I can't imagine that the album will be released digitally in 4 days. Although the fact that there has been no official announcement is pretty telling. I don't understand why Disney or Sh-K-Boom hasn't released an update. That's a lousy way of doing business.
I watched a Periscope a little under a month ago with Ciara and she said that she had just recorded her portions of the album, so her stuff has been done. Hoping and crossing fingers that the digital release will indeed be this Friday (December 4th)! :)
Reached out and don't get your hopes up for a digital release Friday. They quoted January as a release but did not give an exact date. Not that long of a wait left at least.
In one of the press releases I don't remember which one, maybe about an oversea production somewhere, I recall reading something like January release with iTunes Pre-Order this Friday.
So I wouldn't be surprised if they have the itunes pre-order up this friday with one song out?
