It looks good. They'll probably need to work out a few of the technical kinks, but the design is nice. I also like that headshots look like they will be a more common thing, similar to IMDB.
I'm not a fan. There's definitely a learning curve, but it feels too over-designed. I liked the simple design of the original, this is just hard to find info. Maybe I'll warm up to it, who knows.
IBDB has always been easier to navigate. Playbill Vault typically is better with updating cast lists though, especially ensemble & swings.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Yes, the Broadway League has always owned IBDB.
I still wish they had downloadable information from pages and searches. Would be much better for stats/data purposes.
One of the bigger changes is that Awards on a person's page used to be chronological by year. Now, all the Tonys are together, then all the Drama Desks, etc.
In our millions, in our billions, we are most powerful when we stand together. TW4C unwaveringly joins the worldwide masses, for we know our liberation is inseparably bound.

My primary browser is Safari (v 12.1.1) and my OS is up to date (Mojave 10.14.5) and I can not get the search to give me any results no matter what I try. It seems like it doesn't even register me pushing enter after typing in the results, whether I hit the return key or physically click the little magnifying glass button in their search bar. It works if I switch over to Chrome, but I have no desire to switch browsers just for one site.
I still prefer Playbill Vault when it comes to looking at replacements for a specific role. However, I love the new design for IBDB and think it was much needed.
