I don't mean that as a bad thing! His album is one of the few I put on repeat. But saying that songs like "Fri Sat Sun" or "Might Still Happen" aren't heavily influenced by disco is kind of like saying that the sky isn't blue.

I agree his album has a total disco feel. I can't help listen to it anyway. (I grew up with disco, and REALLY dislike it.)

I'm glad I'm not the only one that found 'Rocket Ride' to be sexual. I never wanted to ask, because I didn't want everyone to think I was some pervert, lol. I thought the lyric "I'm Gonna Bruise You" (from Spring Awakening) expressed how Wendla and Melchior wanted to be in a violent dominatrix sexual relationship with each other...clearly I was not right.

That's why I love the album. There are some poppy songs, some ballads and some that have definite disco roots. And, me, a person who refuses to dance whatsoever because she is awkward and has no rhythm.... the album just makes me want to dance. It starts with the head bopping, then the shoulder swaying.... and then it gets ugly because I really can't dance LMAO

And I must say, though I love, love, love "These Four Walls" and "Art of Heartbreak", my favorite song is "Make You Love Me". I don't know why because it sounds stalker-ish and borderline rape-ish ("Even when you fight I'm gonna have my way") .... but damn if that's not a hot song.

So I totally got my mom and sister hooked on Art of Heartbreak and Radio Lover We took a roadtrip from Vermont to Texas (REALLY long), so I made this super long mix on my ipod, and every time those two came up they'd be all "can we listen to it again!?" hehe. Especially Radio Lover.

I love the whole album though- those were just the two I felt like were really upbeat and fun and great for driving :P I need to play the whole thing for them though. It's all SO good <3

I'm probably being redundant here, but have you all heard the video of Gavin singing Pasek and Paul's "Do you remember?" Cause ever since I found it, I have not been able to stop listening to the song and his voice and it's just amazing.

I'm more of a fan of "I turned a corner". Kinda of a funny story. My freshman year of high school we did "Millie" and the only songs I could stand were Jimmy's songs, and they were the only ones I ever listened to, but I didn't know about Gavin and his wonder yet (lol). Anyway, so when I did discover the wonder of Gavin, it finally came full circle for me why that was my favorite part of that show. (in retrospect not a very funny story at all. I was just amused.)

I was torn between Matt Cavenaugh and Gavin, but I went with Gavin. It was the voice, I couldn't help myself.

Gavin was easy. I agree that the girls were more dificult and I too am not really interested in that way. I was torn between Karen Olivo and Laura Benanti.

The guys were so tough to choose from. I picked Gavin (with the way this love thread has been going lately, how could I not?). Although, I was tempted to pick Aaron or Will. They are very easy on the eyes. :) Krysta was my pick for the girls. I think she is so pretty.

OMG that's just cruel to make me choose between such gorgeous men!! haha

It's a tie between Gavin, Will, and Aaron for me. I'm sorry, I cannot choose. I love all three of them too much haha

If this was voting on favorite voice that'd be quite a bit easier because Gavin has one of my favorite voices ever :) But looks wise, Will and Aaron are both so gorgeous too!



For girls it was easier- I picked Sierra. I've always LOVED auburn hair on girls, and she's gorgeous in general
