If not Olivo, how about Mandy Gonzalez or Eden Espinosa?
^You better hope Jordan doesn't see you suggesting Eden. Yikes!
I think Mandy would sound incredible, but if people get on Karen about the dancing, what about Mandy? When has she really danced before? Anyway, BUENOS AIRES seems like Eva's only challenging number in this production. I don't remember much else that would require a fully trained dancer.
"Waltz for Eva and Che" is pretty dance-heavy in this production, and there's a dance break in "I'd Be Surprisingly Good for You".
There is a lot of movement for the character of Eva, if not full out dancing.
Bianca Marroquin would be along the lines of who I'd think would replace Roger if/when she departs the production.
In case no one has seen this yet, further proof Gonzalez would excel as Eva:

I would love to see Sarah Ramirez play the role...

Sarah Ramirez is not right, but anything to get her to come back to the stage.
Sara needs to come back to Broadway for a show or two, but she may be too far-removed from her last show to pull out those notes almost every night of every week.
I would go see Eden
I think Roger will stay with the show as long as Ricky stays.
If they can't find a name replacement for him they might try to find one for Eva. But I can't think of one name (TV,movie) who could sing her part.
They should be begging the Rickster to stay as long as possible.

I think once Ricky's contract is up the show will be done. Elena and Ricky probably have similar end dates to their contracts. No replacement will be necessary.
I'd like to see Carolee Carmello do it.

I hate to say it but I don't think Eden has the voice anymore to do it. Recent videos of her singing at some concerts kinda show that her voice is shot.
Nobody wants Alice Ripley? She's dying to play the part: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UMPbewN9_ss
