Hi Anthony,
I am so excited for all of you, the concept of Rent as a movie honestly scared me at first, but the vibe seems so positive now and I love that the people Mr. Larson created this with are going to be involved...I am so thrilled with this news! The vibe is so positive I can't wait to see it! I wish all of you the best of luck!

Quick question - Has the filming dates and locations been suggested or set yet?

(A plug - I know the exteriors will have to be filmed in NYC, but, you know, Vancouver's got a great production crew and a lot of RENTheads. Just...you know...a suggestion.)

Whiteboy Spice is a reference to a joke I once made at a Borders bookstore event in Chicago. Someone asked me if I were a Spice Girl what my name would be, and I said Whiteboy Spice.

I'd love to see Jaime Lee cast...She's really got the "little girl" element that I think is very prevalent in the screenplay. And she's got a killer voice.
