I too have to vote for BS Mitchell as Javert and Michael Ball as Valjean. Esp. after hearing and seeing the bit on PBS two nights ago. But I think Ball could also do Javert justice also.

Melissa has played Cossette (to perfection, I might add) before, but I think she may be a bit long in the tooth for the role now.

Yeah, I know she's done it.
Kelli would be interesting. And she looks good with black hair.

Like, two weeks ago, my mom told me that if Les Mis was ever revived on Broadway with Randal Keith as Valjean (she just loves him), she and I would go to NYC to see it, so I'd better root for him.

I am excited about it coming back to Broadway, even though I will probably not get to see it on Broadway. I don't care that some people are mad about this.
I would like Randal Keith to get the honor of playing Valjean again on Broadway. For Eponine, I would like to see Ma-Anne Dionisio play her on Broadway, I think she might have a few good years left where she can play Eponine effectively. I saw both these actors on the 3nt, and enjoyed both their performances, so I think it would be great for them to be in this cast especailly if there is a cast recording.

Diana Kaarina. Amazing.

I don't really have a wish list for this show, but here are my comments on three of the names that have been brought up already:
Sutton F. - going to Drowsy Chaperone (as has been mentioned)
Julia M. - doing Wicked for a few months
Colm W. - last I heard he's doing The Pirate Queen

I want to boycott this production on principle, but if Anthony Warlow was cast I think I would have to buy a ticket.

Can you imagin how much tickets are going to be for this!?
I'm not familiar with the show so I cant really contribute to this. However, the mention of Mr. AMAZING Esparza excites me GREATLY!

I definitely want to see Terrence back as Javert because he can still do it. I'd also love the idea of Colm returning and what about Randy Graff as Fantine?

I personally don't know how likely it is, but just the idea of Michael Ball singing Valjean against Stokes' Javert is giving me a few chills. Quite possibly my two most favorite theatre singers, and their voices are almost polar opposites but still amazing, which would really help bring out the contrast.

Judy Kuhn as Fantine please. Her rendition of I Dreamed a Dream was to die for. Perfection.

For Marius I'd really like to have Kevin Kern back so I could actually see him. Same goes for Diana Kaarina as Eponine. Saw Randal as VJ on the NT and LOVED him, so I wouldn't complain if he came back, either.
I'm starting to sound like I just want the closing cast to come back, aren't I? Haha.
If not Kevin as Marius, though, I would lovelovelove the chance to see Daniel Torres in the role. I think he'd be amazing.
As for the others, I'm not sure, but I'd love to see Lea Salonga as Fantine.

I second Kuhn for Fantine. Granted, she's amazing in whatever she does.

Javert- Terrence Mann (or James Barbour but at that time I hope he plays Sydney Carton in TTC)
Marius- Raul Esparza
That's all the ideas I have for now.......

If Percy Blakeney were in Les Mis....
Percy: Sink me! If it isn't Javvurt!
Javert: Zsah-vair, it's pronounced Zsah-vair.
Pecry: But it's spelled J-A-V-E-R-T Javvurt.
Javert: Repeat after me Zsah...Zsah....
Percy: Oh! Zsa-Zsa! Like the Gabor sister! Well I personally have always prefered Eva.
Javert: (Looks for gun)

Just because Julia's doing Wicked doesn't mean we can't all wish she'd be cast as Fantine.
