Rosey, where is that from?

Constantine made that flyer for his fans to pass out and "street team" with. Funny stuff.
ew.
If Rosey were in the mood to be truthful, she'd admit that she has no idea if Constantine made the flyer. One of his fangroups sent it out to fans tonight and no one is sure of the source of the flyer. And most of his fans agree that whoever made it was out of line.
But since Rosey just joined this evening to rile everyone up about it, I don't think being truthful is what she had in mind. She's probably posting doing a search as we speak so she can post it in every thread regarding TWS and Constantine as we speak. - Right Rosey? [quote]Diane wrote:

The truth is - the flyer exists and it's out there on the internet.

Practically perfect, actually the communication I received regarding the use of the CONSTANTINE MAROULIS STARRING IN THE WEDDING SINGER flyer is here for your edification.
.............................
Constantine is coming to BROADWAY!!! The Wedding Singer!!!!! YOWWW!!!!!!!
Attached is the official flyer from Constantine's team to use for promoting his upcoming Broadway appearance in The Wedding Singer.

But that story told about how the entire cast has welcomed into the circle already, but he declined because he is too humble just about broke my heart. What a great kid.
I don't mind the flyer, because it really needs to be done (I haven't seen anyone from the show promoting him being in the show yet), but I'd rather it said "FEATURING" instead of "STARRING", because.. well.. Sammy isn't the star of the show, is he?
You're not alone, thespian geek.
Fans at one of his fanboards spent at least five pages this evening complaining about the flyer - primarily the "starring" part. Some of the choice comments included "arrogant ass", "classless," and "who the *bleep* is he to say starring?" They were overwhelmingly unhappy by the choice of words. Others felt it looked amateurish and didn't fit the tone of the show's other advertising pieces.
They don't like the flyer, but they're still planning on supporting him and coming out to the show. It's all part of supporting someone I guess - you don't have to like everything they do, but at the end of the day, you're still rooting for them.

"Did she seriously make a smiley face out of 2 of those 3 dots? Hahaha, that girl cracks me up. Love her. "
yeah, she wrote it in the top left-hand corner. that cracked me up, i love her so much! :)
and the Constantine flyer- i was about to say, i thought that was going to be the ad used officially in magazines and all that stuff, and yeah...glad to know its just a fan-made flyer- he looks rather scary
and btw, if no one noticed, they just write "The Hirschfeld Theatre"
its the "Al Hirshfeld Theatre" thank you very much

ahh! i SOOO noticed that and it was driving me crazy!! thank you!!! lol.
but as far as the flyer goes, at least its a flyer and the show is getting some advertising because of it. yes, it deff needs to be reworked (and they can start with that picture) but at least its a start. its something

Why did Constantine's team put out something that says STARRING Constantine? :/
Maybe they thought he was.
That flyer is really ugly.
I have front row center for the matinee today!

lucky!!!! tell us about the show when you get a chance!
I will. I ran like crazy from Penn Station because last time I went the line was reeeeally long, but I ran for nothing because I got a really good seat.
So last night apparently Lance Bass and his boyfriend went to the show. Yay for celebs supporting the show! Updated On: 8/30/06 at 11:03 AM

Good! Because if people are talking about it, it got some media coverage and this show needs it sooo much. Stuff like this will help keep it open!
I don't know if people are talking about it, but someone I know saw the show yesterday and it's written on her away message.. so that's how I know haha.

I heard the Constantine ad on 106.7 earlier today. "The Wedding Singer just got a new best man! See Constantine Maroulis of American Idol fame in Broadway's The Wedding Singer. You heard him sing his heart out on TV, now see him live on stage!"
Haha Mel, I didn't look at your username and I was like "How does someone have my screename?" and I looked and was like "OH! I get it." Yeah, Lance and his boyfriend Reichen (spelling?) were sitting 2 rows in front of me. They came in when the show had already started, and they were there with 4 women, and all of us were annoyed at how rude it was, especially since it took them at least a minute to all sit down. I went to the bathroom with my mom during intermission and when I got back, my dad told me the woman in front of us told him it was Lance Bass. I started flipping out of course, but I felt it'd be too rude to go and ask for an autograph, especially because him and the boyfriend were in the middle of a conversation. But my sister DID take a pic of his head on her cell phone He ran out before curtain call also to make sure he wouldn't be seen.
Haha yeah, I was gonna ask you how the show was but you were away.
As much as I don't like the idea of Constantine being in the show, I told one of my friends who is a big AI fan, and she's excited about him being in it. We'll probably end up seeing it during his run.

It's annoying, but all high profile celebrities do that when they see a show. Come in late to not be seen, leave early for the same reason. :) Antonio Banderas was at a performance of Jersey Boys about 3 row behind me when I saw it. Only time I saw him was during intermission and when he came out of the stagedoor afterward! I was just kind of standing there like "..... *-*" when he was about 2 feet away from me, LMAO. I totally got a bit star-struck. Oh, man..
