Very Ballsy to put some tickets out at $400 knowing you have surrounding performances and the following weeks with wide open availability...

Yes, and the pricing makes zero sense. I am looking at Monday 10/26: Row G $269, H $229, J$399, K$399. Shouldn't the price go down the further back you go?

I don't think it is unusual that a few rows further back, but in the center of the orchestra section are priced higher. They often are considered to provide the optimal view: not too close, not too far back.
