Tea for Two from No, No Nanette.

I hated it before I knew it was from a show and then despised it even more when I heard it on the OCR. It is truly the aural equivalent of having an ice pick plunged into your ear drums and then twisted. OK...maybe I am overstating it, but it is pretty horrible.

Not really. The score is actually pretty diverse, in a weird way. One minute he's aping Elvis, the next Puccini.

I'm sooooo confused... I have to ask. How is the story of The King and I even remotely similiar to the story of The Sound of Music? Because they both involve a European country with aspirations to take over the world and a middle aged man who has sired lots of children?

I think the song "I Know Where I've Been" is pretty annoying. I always want to sleep. That song that Angel sings towards the beginning of RENT, "Today 4 U" is it called? That song annoys the hell out of me.

ok- we are all entitled to out own opinion! so just leave it now! I will never for the life of me, understand why you like those type of musicals, the way you wont understand why i like my type of musicals! Come on, i didnt write the show or score, so stop actin like a kid and takin fings out on me!!

The whole score of Grease annoys the crap out of me.
"The Music of the Night" or the only music used in Phantom is extremely bad.

I like the first line of "I should tell you" from Rent..."I should tell you..I'm disaster" and I really wanted to like the rest of the song, but I just can't. It's annoying.

I also sort of dig the concept of "Wonderful" from Wicked and enjoyed it live, but really..it's kind of annoying as well.

Song of Love from Once Upon A Mattress is really annoying. A lot of songs in that musical are annoying. And Lambeth Walk from Me and My Girl.
