With big thanks to our dev team, we're all excited here today to unveil a long-overdue visual and back-end update to the message boards which should now be prettier, more mobile/iPad friendly and speedier...

I think the slightly grayer background made it easier on the eyes, too.
The lighter color (almost white now) makes it tough to browse for too long.

Posted: 4/12/12 at 11:19amI am also unable to read the messages as the page progresses. I'm having to copy, cut and paste into another document to see the message after three or four entries.

I'm not having any problem reading longer threads. I appreciate the lighter background. I don't think I'm "old" but I don't count as "young" either. I think it looks a little more "dramatic" - but the "latest headlines" look awkward.
BTW, the change happened while I was reading and going "back to the message board" - For a minute, I thought there was a problem with my browser until I realized it was a site redesign.

Posted: 4/12/12 at 11:31amThe small print problem should now be fixed for those IE users it was affecting... The color change on threads you've read is coming in a few min too.

Posted: 4/12/12 at 11:33amI am not having any trouble with reading it or font size, but I do miss the thread titles being bold so that I knew at a glance whether or not there was a new post in a thread I was following.

Posted: 4/12/12 at 11:36amRob - how do you read back through posts on previous pages of a thread? If a thread opens on page 3 and I want to see what was posted on page 2, there's no page numbers on the top of the thread. I'm stuck reading only the posts on page 3.

Posted: 4/12/12 at 11:48amBlueMoon, I came in to post about the same thing. There are page numbers when you're on the first page of a thread, but once you go to any other page, you have no way to navigate except going back to the first page again and navigating from there.
