Nikki's final show at OUAM was Monday Nov. 25th. I don't think Sutton slighted her. Sutton most likely just mentioned the people that performed and were on stage for the final show.

Ana was great when I saw her too. Everything I read online made her sound unsuccessful in the part, but she got plenty of laughs throughout. Was pleasant surprised!

Did anybody ask the theater employees about the cast recording? I've had some luck in the past getting info that way. I'm still cautiously optimistic that something will be announced after the LA run. It seems strange, as someone said, that they would not want to capture this updated version.

Was just wondering this - anyone have intel on whether there will be a cast recording?  I really hope so.

Fun moment at yesterday's matinee in LA:

Hugh Jackman was there cheering on Sutton (I hadn't seen this production before but the cast added in a Music Man joke that I assumed was for him). Near the end of intermission, Hugh starts walking back to his seat when all of a sudden that section of the theater starts breaking out into a loud applause. At first my wife and I thought it was for Hugh, but then we see walking in behind him was Carol Burnett. Hugh turns around and starts applauding her too and soon the entire theater is giving a loud, long standing ovation for her. She looked around in complete shock and clearly very moved. During curtain call the cast all ended with Carol's famous ear tug.

Very sweet way to honor a living legend and the original Princess Winnifred.

What a great story. I just listened to her interview on Conan O’Brien’s podcast, and she is just extraordinary. Such a legend.
