Revival is a tough one but Rush is winning Best Actor. Also I think Hair will win Best Lighting. Judging by the clips at least.
Off Topic
I think Passing Strange should have been nominated and should have won for best lighting
Sorry, I still haven't let that go.

Ya I think Rush will win based on the reviews. Unfortunately I havn't gotten to NYC that much this year so all I've seen is West Side and N2N
I'm going to get on my ridiculous little soapbox here for Josefina Scaglione. What a marvelous performance she gave and how badly the theatre needs a young leading lady of her calibur! I think she ought to win Actress in a Musical.
Totally agree about PASSING STRANGE's lighting. That, Stew's energy, Eisa Davis (who was robbed of a Tony nomination) and Daniel Breaker were the only things I liked about the show.

even though Rush will obviously win best actor in a play, can anyone give a good prediction for the other four actors in that category?

Excalibur? caliber.
My Wish List:
Best Musical- 9 to 5
Best Revival of a Musical- Hair or West Side Story
Best Actor- Gavin Creel
Best Actress- Josefina Scaglione
Best Featured Actor- Will Swenson
Best Featured Actress- Karen Olivo! <
My wish list as of now (remember, I haven't seen JOE TURNER, BLITHE SPIRIT, EXIT THE KING, and a few others yet...so this is just based on what is opened and what I've seen):
Best Musical: NEXT TO NORMAL
Best Actress (Musical): Alice Ripley, N2N
Best Actor (Musical): The Billys, BILLY ELLIOT
Best Featured Actor (Musical): Will Swenson, HAIR
Best Featured Actress (Musical): Karen Olivo, WEST SIDE STORY
Best Play: REASONS TO BE PRETTY
Best Actor (Play): Raul Esparza, SPEED-THE-PLOW
Best Actress (Play): Kristin Scott Thomas, THE SEAGULL
Best Featured Actor (Play): ???
Best Featured Actress (Play): Carey Mulligan, THE SEAGULL
Best Revival (Play): SPEED-THE-PLOW (I guess...)
Best Revival (Musical): HAIR
Best Score: NEXT TO NORMAL
Best Book: BILLY ELLIOT
Will Stephanie J. Block be considered lead or featured? I think she should be considered lead. As much as I loved 9 to 5, I'm on team N2N.
Regarding WSS... Historically whoever plays Tony and Maria have been considered Featured. Wouldn't the producers (or whoever petitions) have an uphill battle for attempting to buck that tradition?
I don't think so. This production revolves around Tony and Maria.
But haven't they ALL revolved around Tony and Maria?

Not tony has ever been nominated, period.
Yes. But Arthur has made it clear this one is different. And Brantley's review kind of goes into it.
Given that they're under title, I guess we'll have to wait and see if they're petitioned and what happens.
It just seems that given that the story itself is still the same old story and historically the "kids" have been considered Featured, they'll have a lot of justifying to do.
I think it's pretty clear Tony and Maria are the leads. I'm sure it will happen.
Rush has a lot of competition:
Dan Radcliff
James Gandolfinni
Brian Denehy
Rupert Everett
Ernie Hudson
Matthew Broderick
Nathan Lane
Bill Irwin
Thomas Sadowski
and others.
I think that there are about six locks.
Alice Ripley for Best Actress (and I'm not just saying that as an Alice fan. I really think she's a lock and I'm shocked that almost nobody else said that).
Kiril/Trent/David for Best Actor.
Haydn Gwynne for Supporting Actress.
Next to Normal for score.
Hair for Revival.
Billy Elliot for Musical.
Could be wrong about score and Supporting Actress, but if Alice doesn't win this Tony I will faint from shock.

I think Hair will take revival no matter what.
I wouldn't be so sure about Hadyn getting the Tony, I wasn't necessarily moved by her performance, I was more moved with Olivo's Anita.
Haydn isn't a lock, she is barely a front runner. It seems to be between Karen and Stephanie J Block.

N2N isn't a lock for score. It'll be neck and neck between N2N and 925
Well, like I said I might be wrong about Supporting Actress. I haven't seen WSS but I heard amazing things about Karen Olivo and absolutely loved her in ITH. But I really loved Haydn in BE. So, we'll see...

There aren't really any major locks at this point.
Best Musical - Billy Elliot is the closest we have to a lock, but 9 to 5 and N2N could slip in there as a HUGE upset.
Best Actress - Allison Janney's still battling it out with Ripley.
Best Actor - I'm still skeptical if the Tony voters will really want to reward the Billys. It could easily swing to Creel or James.
Best Featured Actress - Gwynne might have been considered a lock a while ago, but now it's become the craziest race of the year. You've got her, Karen Olivo who's universally beloved but I wouldn't call her a lock, Stephanie Block and Megan Hilty who are trying to squeeze through one doorway Three Stooges-style, and Martha Plimpton, who is majorly hurt by the reviews for her show.
Best Score - If N2N's taking anything besides Actress, it's this. But it's still playing catch-up to 9 to 5 and Billy Elliot.
Best Revival - Hair is neck-and-neck with WSS. I give Hair a slight edge.

"Karen Olivo who's universally beloved but I wouldn't call her a lock"
Huh? universally beloved? thats a bold and blanket proclamation. I always thought of Angela Lansbury, Julie Andrews and Mary Martin to be beloved.
