For those who got a human on the phone, was there a particular time of day that you called? 

I forwarded their latest email (detailing my rescheduled date) on 5/14 requesting a refund to the email address provided on their outgoing voice mail (inquiries@spectrumservicesusa.com).  I received a response on 5/16 and a refund in my account this morning (5/18).

Kimbo, You don't accept private messages.  I wanted to let you know I won my dispute.  I got the letter today, telling me.  My temporary credit is now a permanent credit.  The whole process took 3 months,

MCW1227, Thanks for the words. But  my credit had to do with an airline ticket, not Plaza Suite.  Kimbo and I were discussing our disputes earlier in the thread.
