For those who got a human on the phone, was there a particular time of day that you called?

I called at 3:50 PM Pacific, was on hold for 24 minutes, then when the call failed, I called back at 4:16 PM and was only on hold briefly before an agent answered.

The email will probably work, too. It only took them two days to reply. Good luck.

I forwarded their latest email (detailing my rescheduled date) on 5/14 requesting a refund to the email address provided on their outgoing voice mail ([e-mail]).  I received a response on 5/16 and a refund in my account this morning (5/18).

I just got off the phone to request a refund. I had zero wait. The woman wasn’t particularly friendly and seemed annoyed but I’m happy there was no hassle involved.

Kimbo, You don't accept private messages.  I wanted to let you know I won my dispute.  I got the letter today, telling me.  My temporary credit is now a permanent credit.  The whole process took 3 months,

It’s a shame how they handled this situation.  It’s not like they wouldn’t make the money back and more when Broadway reopens.  I’m glad you finally got your credit.

MCW1227, Thanks for the words. But  my credit had to do with an airline ticket, not Plaza Suite.  Kimbo and I were discussing our disputes earlier in the thread.

Hickey said the other night on WWHL it could possibly be around January 2022. SJP and MB are just waiting to go. She’ll be done filming the SATC reboot way before then.
