P.S.- I think it's adorable that they took a bus there.
"This table, he is over one hundred years old. If I could, I would take an old gramophone needle and run it along the surface of the wood. To hear the music of the voices. All that was said." - Doug Wright, I Am My Own Wife
You're not crazy. I don't know why they would have taken it down, though. It's not like what Rosie said was offensive or anything. At least, not really...It wasn't anything new.
I love how excited they all seemed.
"Blow out the candles, Robert, and make a wish. Want something. Want something."

Never mind. I think I may have figured it out. Haha. Too funny.

hah "free bagels at the view!" Cute castcom videos!
"Chicago is it's own incredible theater town right there smack down in the middle of the heartland. What a great city! I can see why Oprah likes to live there!" - Dee Hoty :-D
Ashley- Basically, Rosie said the thing about not "throwing down your wig and stomping off" or whatever. Then she said something like "I'm not going to name any names....RAUL ESPARZA!"
I found it quite humorous.
These castcoms are all really cute.

The cast of PQ is so very charismatic and delightful. I just love them all. Brian O’Brian was very insightful on his comment regarding demographics of the shows audience.
I guess Rosie has NOT forgiven Raul's unprofessionalism at a TABOO rehearsal. Yes, that is tongue in cheek. No wonder COMPANY has not been on THE VIEW.
There was some sort of conflict of interest during tech, and he stormed out of rehearsal one day. Some think it was unprofessional, others think he was the only one in the room with a decent head on his shoulders, because he knew things needed to be fixed that were going unaddressed. The press made a huge deal out of it, but whatever, it happens.
Honestly, I don't really care if Rosie is still pissed off at him. That's her problem, and the guy does have a bitchy side. But I do think it's a shame that she's childish enough to let that stop her from supporting a show that could really benefit from the kind of exposure The View would provide, especially if she stands so fiercely behind Broadway as a whole.
*threadjack* I have yet to see Pirate Queen, Les Miz, or anything else on The View, as I am a student-does anyone know if tapes/DVDs are available for purchase through the station or something? (I don't like Youtube. There, I said it.) :P
"My muffin top is all that/whole grain and low-fat/I know you want a piece of that/But I just wanna dance!"
Expressing that things are not going right is very different then storming out of a Tech rehearsal of an expensive Broadway show, or blowing a chorus boy. And he has pulled that kind of thing before.

Someone needs a lesson on mutual exclusivity. I'll leave it at that.
Anyway, to suit the thread police, I liked the bagel comment as well. Popular, free water isn't nearly as exciting as free bagels! I find myself really enjoying the Castcoms, even if the show wasn't quite my thing. If nothing else, they are doing a great job with the publicity for this show. I have to hand it to them on that one, at least.
