The Virgin in Union Square has the regular one. I bought it there earlier, and there were about 10 other copies. Unless they sold out within the last four hours.
EDIT: They were in the musical section of the dvds, for the record. It took me forever to find them. Updated On: 2/3/09 at 04:36 PM
I don't think they had too many copies anywhere I know at the FYE I worked at they had 2 copies, at Target they had 2, and at Barnes and Noble they only had 1, so good luck everyone!
Came home from school today, and it was on my desk!! I was jumping up and down. Anyways, I just finished watching the Final Days on Broadway special. It was very emotional, everyone should see it. I still haven't watched the actual performance.
I'm a professional. Whenever something goes wrong on stage, I know how to handle it so no one ever remembers. I flash my %#$&.

""This is not true at all and was only relevant when the PS3 was first released."
Nope. Market share is hovering around 12%. Blu-Ray won't be the dominant format until players are cheaper...and there doesn't seem to be any rush to do that. And MOST people do not have 50" HD TVs, so video-quality is not really going to be relevant to them. The fact that blu-ray players were on Christmas lists shows that people don't really want to buy them themselves. The cheapest ones are still over $300.00. Blu-ray discs are $29.00 when on sale, which is the retail price of a regular dvd. So I stand by my statement. While blu-ray player sales are up, if they hadn't been included in the Playstation 3 then they would most likely be stganant"
Unless you are blind, you should notice a difference on any HD screen. And Blu ray players can be purchased for well under $300 these days
"You can't overrate Bernadette Peters. She is such a genius. There's a moment in "Too Many Mornings" and Bernadette doing 'I wore green the last time' - It's a voice that is just already given up - it is so sorrowful. Tragic. You can see from that moment the show is going to be headed into such dark territory and it hinges on this tiny throwaway moment of the voice." - Ben Brantley (2022)
"Bernadette's whole, stunning performance [as Rose in Gypsy] galvanized the actors capable of letting loose with her. Bernadette's Rose did take its rightful place, but too late, and unseen by too many who should have seen it" Arthur Laurents (2009)
"Sondheim's own favorite star performances? [Bernadette] Peters in ''Sunday in the Park,'' Lansbury in ''Sweeney Todd'' and ''obviously, Ethel was thrilling in 'Gypsy.'' Nytimes, 2000
anyone know if Super Stop & Shop would have it? it's the closest store (that sells dvds) in this dumb little CT town. and i can't drive yet so my parents think it's too late to drive 30 mins to the nearest walmart (and/or target)

I pre-ordered mine from the Playbill Store, and it was in my mailbox today! I paid $18.95 plus $4 shipping and handling plus sales tax for the widescreen, non-Blu Ray DVD, so it wasn't the cheapest buy out there. But I consider it a value. I would rather spend a few extra dollars to have it delivered to my home than run around NYC trying to find a copy in stores. Time is money, and I just don't have the time.
Just a quick question: Does anyone know if Walmart is selling the DVD? Just wanted to know so I could check there since it's closer to my work. If not I'll go to Target.
A tab on the left should say "Downloads" and it should be downloading. Also look in "Recently Added".
So I've started to watch it, is it me or has the Audience been cut down a little? At least, for a last performance the Audience is rather baron.
Maybe I'm just expecting a MTV Legally Blonde take two :P.

Well, it's not in the movie section of my iTunes. My online bank account doesn't show the transaction. I never got the email receipt. And it's not listed under "Purchased" or "Recently Added" on my iTunes. I'm guessing I didn't actually buy it...? lol
Try again?
"Somethin's comin', I don't know what it is but it is gonna be great!"
Yes kind of sounds like you didn't buy correctly :-/.

Can't wait to get mine. I'm hoping the Barnes and Noble on 3rd and 53rd has it so I don't have to venture any farther.
