The official Sunset twitter account responded to that question and said any tickets purchased this morning will be honored.

Back in the waiting room. We'll see what happens in 9 minutes when the presale starts, yet again. Fingers crossed.

How did you get in the waiting room? I'm just sitting on the Sunset page trying to figure out where I'm going wrong.

Try to select a date and enter the presale code - that should place you in the waiting room.

Thanks, got it- I tried that too early apparently so nothing was happening.
Got my tix, same date/seat I was looking at yesterday, and far more painless.

Got my ticket. Very easy this time. WTF happened yesterday?
Mshalo18, glad you got your ticket.

Are they holding back premium seats? It looks like almost nothing is available for center front Orchestra.

I was hoping to see some sort of note pop up saying who her alternate would be.
Posted: 4/3/24 at 10:14am
Complete opposite of yesterday! Front Mezz in previews was only $209 a ticket. Very surprised at that price point. I think I've grown accustomed to paying way too much point pandemic. Nervous the alternate would be on, but the orchestra price point feels on par. Hoping the alternate wouldn't start till after previews.

It sure looks that way- my guess is they're going to look at demand, and will raise the prices accordingly. I took rear orchestra, and felt like I spent enough.

Totally on the same page as Jordan. That pre-sale was super easy. Remarkable price difference between their '"Platinum Ticket" which includes Lounge access ($499) and Front Orchestra Aisle seats to the side at $299 each (thought it was going to be way way more expensive).
Seat Geek still adds on a $33.92 Sur charge per ticket.
Most highly anticipated show in forever and excellent seats weren't quite in the MWRA price point as a pleasant surprise.

Just bought my tickets and didn’t see any link for the album… was it just me?

I got my link later on in the day

They’re on the page with the add-ons like lounge experiences, drinks, etc.

Damn! When I saw the "extras" such as Lounge access, I didn't read the entire thing as I would have checked the box to get the SUNSET cd. :(
I'm sure there's no way to go back, and add it to my order.

ah - i quickly ignored the add-on page as i do not like food / drinks in the theatre.
Will they send out a link to purchase the album later if we missed to add it from add-ons?

Very smooth, fast pre-sale. Why couldn't they execute it the same yesterday?
I'm also very pleased with how reasonably priced and affordable non-premium tickets are. I never buy premium and was ready to spend more than I actually did. Can't wait till October!

Did anyone else find it odd that clicking a seat on the diagram doesn't "select" that seat, like it does on other ticketing sites?

Any news or word on how long Nicole will be in the show? Affordabilty wise January is better for me but I’d hate to miss her.

No, but that’s because SeatGeek is garbage.

The discount code that was in effect yesterday is not in effect today not to my surprise.

She should be with the show through at least the current block of tickets, which ends on July 6, 2025, 3 weeks after the Tonys, and that could very well be the closing date, although I imagine she'll have to take a week off at some point.
